I had high hopes for this nail salon because of the reviews on Google. The guy that did my nails on 12/30/23 told me that I should get the dip instead of acrylic and kind of made me feel bad for my choice of acrylic nails saying they are bad on your nails. I went with my daughter and he said "your daughter knows about dip and you don't?" Then he did the dip on my daughter nails and now they are coming off, ONE DAY LATER! I spent 316 dollars, including tip, between my mani/pedi and her mani/pedi. I don't think it is right to treat your customer like she is an idiot for wanting acrylic and not dip and then treat your daughter--even though she is 11, like she can't have dip if she wants! I am the parent, not HIM! I would NEVER recommend this nail salon! And--I will be calling them after the New Years to complain about the service and ask for my money back! This is hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to. The technicians' ability to provide a completely painless gel mani, while also ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, is truly impressive. I'll never go anywhere else.
For the price, I probably won't come back. My appointment felt very rushed and multiple times I said "Ow" because the nail tech was being so rough. They didn't have the color I wanted, which was a pretty basic dark green. The tech also tried two pretty basic designs before ultimately admitting it was not his forte and went for the solid color. $57 for a gel acrylic manicure is a bit steep - the last place I went to did a better job, took way longer, and only charged $50. I guess we'll see how long these clumpy things last.
The man scrubbing my feet cut was so rough he left sores on my feet and 30 minutes after pedicure I put my socks and shoes on and when I took them off later that day this is how my big toes looked. 30 minutes should be plenty of time to dry!
The nail services at this salon are exceptional! The technicians are meticulous and talented, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I can't recommend them enough!
Given this place too many chances. I won’t be back after my recent French manicure. I didn’t think a French could look so bad. I was the only person who walked in and was in there the entire time and the quality was really bad. I posted my blocky French.
My experience was great! Highly recommended TK Nails! Absolutely excellent customer service and an even better manicure. So gentle and detail oriented. I will be back with my friends They take pride in their work and strive for perfection with every service.
New to the area and have been to a few places, I haven’t been impressed. Shape of the nail is a huge pet peeve of mine. I figured I’d give TK a try, and boy am I happy I did. I will continue to come, the staff was friendly, a very welcoming environment! Clean location. Overall just happy with the quality of service I received and just how great my nails look! Recommend 10/10
