Great Service, great $$ and trustworthy people! My father has known the owner for over 10 years, I know people sometimes feel skeptical about mechanics, but I can assure anyone that you can trust Tito’s!
He has been taking care of cars for my family for many years now and we have never been disappointed. Everyone which I have referred to him over the years has had similar, positive experiences.
This guy was amazing 10 years ago, now a days not so much. He hires sub par mechanics and it is always a gamble. All that he does now a days is hook up the diagnostic computer and swaps out parts. When he doesn't get your car working the first time he says it must be something else and now that needs to be fixed. When you kindly ask for him to get you car fixed properly he gets very uptight, he doesn't like to fix cars the right way.
Last time I took a vehicle to get fixed here, he just swapped parts without really getting it fixed. Then we called him to see if we could bring the vehicle back and he got upset. He mentioned that he always has problems with our cars and he doesn't basically care anymore. If he would fix them accordingly there would not be any problems.
You would think that we were asking for a hand out and flat out refused to fix it. He said and I quote: "There is always problems with your cars... there are plenty of shops out there"
In other words he just took the money and he is ok with that. Be careful with this repair shop, if you want to loose your money take your car here. Steer clear from this "repair shop".
Great service and reasonable prices. Tito is a real mechanic that is great at problem solving and doesn't waste your money throwing parts at your car.
Tito has been my only mechanic for the last eight years. Love the service and professionalism of all the staff. Responsible and fair price.
