Amazing establishment!
I went with a group of 11.
Each of our first time. Wow, the bakery, staff, service, food and friendliess were all top notch. Beautiful place.
We all had the best experience!
Seating: plenty of seating. It looks like it used to be a buffet restaurant because of the entrance and the seating style. We were told that it is a new, 3 year establishment. We sat at a long table.
Atmosphere:
We sat at a long table near the window. Great lighting. Chairs were close together. Family friendly.
Price:
Prices were good. It's a business so if you think why so much for you have, then make it yourself at home. Gratuity is added. Great prices in my opinion.
Food:
Flavors were robust and vibrant (except for the garlic rice, it could have had more flavor throughout. I've had better). I don't know what the flavor consistency is, because it was all our first time.
We ordered: chicken adobo, pork adobo, sizzling sisig, garlic rice, egg rolls and other dishes. The ube Cupcake and Macroon was so delicious!
I look forward to coming back!

Cannot go wrong with the longsilog for a hearty breakfast! The longanisa was juicy and very flavorful, and it was complimented by the garlic rice!
The sizzle sisig is my personal favorite so far!
Lechon kawali is another great choice! Crispy skin and fat was rendered well with a good balance of meat

After my appointment with my friend, we were in the mood for Filipino food. However, the first restaurant we found was closed despite its website saying it was open. We searched again and found Tita Mia's Filipino Restaurant. We called to confirm its hours and drove for 17 minutes to arrive at the restaurant. It resembled Max's restaurant and we were pleased with the cleanliness and approachability of the staff. They had a wide selection of food and desserts, and we were happy with our orders. The food was delicious and I highly recommend this restaurant.
This was my first time going here. The desserts were the first thing we saw so we were going to wait to eat those. We got the food and it was humongous. The main dishes could easily feed 2 people so I'd highly recommend sharing. The staff was very friendly and checked in on us to make sure we had enough water. Unfortunately we were so stuffed that we couldn't try the desserts. That just means we need to go back for more.

Update to 2019 review:
Food 4/5: When it first opened for business in 2019, Tita Mia's Filipino Restaurant & Café set out tiny bowls of garlic peanuts. They weren’t placed at table or offered on 26 March 2024. Otherwise, the food from this latest visit was excellent. The base used for the chicken Sotanghon Soup may have included tomato, noticed in part due to the flavor, and also in part due to the reddish-orange hue, of the broth. Perhaps this was used for regional purposes? Daing Bangus was large but never overpowering, making it a joy to nibble at. And the Lumpia Shanghai was good enough to order for home.
Service 3.5/5: Not as fast as it was in 2019 but such are the times. The orders were accurate but additional napkins were not offered for messy eating.
Atmosphere 3.5/5: Same as in 2019, although not as brightly lit.
Any note for future diners? The bill included a "Non Cash Fee" which wasn't much and was presumably for credit card payments. The only complaints for it is (1) it wasn't noticed whether this fee was mentioned in the menu and (2) this fee is automatically set for on the bill before a card -- or cash -- is presented for payment. So basically there's a dining surcharge with a very faulty line item explanation. It is not known whether this is charged for takeout orders.

Is it off to a strong start? Yes! Here's my disorganized review because I'm tapping and swiping from a phone.
The ube cake, which we all shared for dessert, looked delightful and was highly recommended by today's server. A great recommendation, it's sweet and really good!
Also shared for dessert was a humongous halo halo. It was good but not nearly as good as that cake. Shaking that memory off as best I can....
The server said this restaurant is still under a "soft opening" and therefore may change its menu. When it's finalized, that menu will hopefully be posted on the restaurant's website. It's supposed to include Korean dishes along with its already listed Filipino ones.
As we waited for our main course we were given tiny bowls of garlic peanuts. The flavor was light and kept me eating more.
Our main course included an egg roll appetizer shared throughout the meal, pancit palabok (noodles with hard boiled egg slices, shrimp and shrimp sauce), tapsilog (over easy eggs with rice and beef slices, next to a small cup/bowl of vinegar for dipping), and crispy pata (deep fried pork with soy-vinegar sauce provided for dipping).
All were good except for that crispy pata, which wowed our entire group for its simple yet strong presentation, excellent texture, and enticing flavor sans any sauce. That last preference is not very Filipino but should be taken as a compliment, please!
With its food good to great, service at this restaurant is very good. Here's hoping it makes fabulous business. It has a great location with loads of available parking, situated in the same lot as an always-busy Walmart and across from an upcoming Patel Brothers grocery. My only worry is for the staff. I fear it will get far too overworked!
The giant party room ambiance and the food was great. Staff was very friendly and super attentive I gave them extra tip. Very affordable compared to other places. Nothing was dry and the meats were tender and moist. Highly recommend!
I'm usually critical but i love this place! The interior is very modern but still distinctly Filipino. Very clean including serving areas. The sections of the layout are well thought of. The dishes are family sized and meant to be shared and tastes delicious. I do understand they may taste differently as dishes are cooked different depending on the region one is familiar with, but tastes very good too! The servers are efficient and well trained. Good job to the management! ????
