They basically stole $90 from me after paying $400. This was definitely a unique experience, from the moment you drive up to going through a maze of rusted out containers in their lot full of used tires to choose your own, and the fact that they jack you up while you are in your vehicle waiting, and just leave you there while they take multiple breaks...it should have given me an indication of what I was dealing with but proceeded to purchase a tire that already had a screw lodged in the well. I doubt they check their tires, they have signs everywhere that says once you drive off the lot it's at your own risk. They never filled my tires up to the correct PSI. I waited in the waiting room after telling them that I also wanted an alignment, for them to take my car to a shop after they put my tires on and proceeded to wait for 2 hours until they came out and told me they didn't have the tools to do it and were waiting on snap-on. I knew the entire life story of the woman behind the desk at that time, which told me about all of her hardships. People have enough on their own plate, and I know I don't go to a business to hear about your sobriety struggles. Don't push on people and learn to keep that at home, or get the proper help. I don't have the capacity or sympathy for it because I have never made those choices or lived that life, and I have had to detach from people who have made those choices because of their accountability with them. There is a time and a place for that stuff, and I'm sure it's a meeting or a phone call with your sponsor. She refunded my account with the incorrect amount, and I felt like they were ripping me off the entire time. Turns out, completely true. I had to go the next day to get my tire checked, just to be told it was not a good tire and have to sink more money into getting a new one replaced. Time is money, and they definitely got me. What rip-offs! They didn't even provide me with a receipt after they refunded the alignment that they couldn't do. I got home, and realized everything was incorrect. Warning anybody else out there, don't waste your money thinking it's a good deal because they aren't checking the tires and they aren't even going to finish the job you're paying them to do not to mention, the entire place just seems unsafe.
Giving a huge shout out to this business and owners. My husband came We had a screw in The tire he went just now 2-27 about noon. In-N-Out under 30 minutes heck under 20 minutes. And gave him a more than decent deal. Checked the other tires and help him reset it in the car for tire pressure. Also very friendly and lovable dogs. Thank you all We will be back. You all rock!
I have nothing but nice things to say about the Tire Shop. Very friendly & professional each time we brought one of our vehicles there. They also took care of us each time in a timely manner. All of the amazingly silly & sweet dogs help brighten any rainy day. Even though I'm there for something negative going on with my vehicle the dogs, friendly faces & all in all great vibes.
I would not suggest this “business” at all. As a former tire technician I wanted to help support a small business but no never again. I brought these freshly sanded and painted rims to these “tire technicians” to get put on and they want $380 to dismount 4 tires and mount and balance 4 tires then they put them on and they’re ALL SCRACTHED TO HELL because of them incorrectly handling them, then I get them taken off of the tires I had them mounted on and of course their “tire technician” load my scratched up rims into my car without my permission and of course leaned them up against each other standing on the SIDES OF THE RIM. I will never be back, I felt so robbed!!! I wish I could give a negative 5 stars!!
Was recommended here. Stood in the office for about an hour without anyone even speaking to me. Watched two customers pull in after me and get service and still nobody even acknowledged I was there. I honestly felt like a ghost. Great quick service once I was taken care of though. 3 stars because I don’t like leaving low scores.
Ally is the best! Super friendly and it feels like family. Not like they just want your money! Great new and used tire prices, and service is always super quick! Enough employees you never have to wait long! And you get to love/play with all the pups! 10/10!
Five stars for Tyler, the mechanic that works there. He’s very honest & reliable. Highly recommend the Tire Shop to anyone who simply just needs tires or some work done. They’re your people! ❤️
