What can I say????????????????????, they definitely know about tires, on time service, and they offer a lil more than tires...from fixing 4wheelers, to oil change, to basically anything with a motor, I've even experienced to see them put a new motor on a dirt bike.....great guys, quality work and estimates on tires....????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
I showed up on a spare tire, pretty distraught from being 10 hours into a 20 hour drive and was treated with immediate kindness and understanding. We were taken care of quickly and with no hassle. Excellent customer service!
Not my experience….my mother and her husband came here yesterday to have their tires rotated because the car was shaking. They left yesterday and had to turn back because their car was pulling extremely hard to the right. They pull in and whoever helped them told them it was because of their tires having different air pressure. Wrong. She calls me and tells me what’s going on, I told her to go somewhere else. 30 mins later she calls again to tell me that Pleasant’s finds a BUSTED BELT on the front right tire. Wanting to rectify this, I called 3 times this morning. And all 3 times they would answer and then hang up without a single word spoken. If this is how they run a business…I suggest not going here. Rude and disrespectful. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Call the place looking for a used tire I called them about 6 times never answered are they picked up push the button and hung up on me not very good business. I have my own shop and if my phone rings even if it be at 1 o'clock in the morning I answered. It's a good place to get used tires good prices but definitely need to get somebody to answer your phone and you be good to go. I would change my review when I try to call back and somebody actually answers for a change I'll change my stars. thank you have a wonderful blessed day.
The gentlemen that patched up my tire were very nice and had me back on the road in about 5 minutes! Great service!

Here in Costal Mississippi there is No Shortage of Tire stores Used & New. What I can say there is a Shortage of Honest Tire stores. So when I found Tire Doctor 4 here in Pascagoula MS I was skeptical however after meeting with the store manager and seeing his inventory my immediate concerns were satisfied. I purchased 4 New Tires mounted the whole 9 yards for right under $400.00. I saved over 200.00 off the Walmart Tire store price and over 300.00 from Firestone Tires. They treat you like you should be a valued customer and they honor their warranty. I needed 1 new tire today for another vehicle this time the Tire Doctor was able to save me $100.00 off a single tire. Thier building has a ugly coat of paint it definitely stands out lolbut thier customer service and the overall experience is outstanding.
Super nice and fast . . they were honest didnt need plug and didnt want to charge me.. Payed them for there time. They gave me a good price on set of new tires. Would feel good about sending friends are family. Dont wait at walmart when you can get right in...
