I went to Mac’s for suspension and wheel bearing replacement. I received the best service I have ever had from an auto repair shop. The owners work right there behind the counter and are the friendliest people you ever want to meet. Frank, their Service Agent, greats you with a smile and does his best to make sure your vehicle is serviced on time and ready for you as soon as possible. Rodney, one of the owners grew up working in the shop and took it over from his dad. Their prices are good, the service is great and Rodney, the owner, is good to his word with any promise he makes to you. Some people forget we don’t live in a perfect world and sometimes things don’t always go smoothly and stuff happens. This shop is honest, trustworthy and tries their very best to please their customers. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
Went it the guy at the front desk was extremely rude seemed like he hates his job and was very unprofessional i asked him about my cars problem and gave me. Rude response back making me not even want to use this places services if I could give them 0 stars I would
Guy at the counter was chatting with another customer. Customer finished, turned to walk out, then turned back as the counter guy continued to chat for 5-6 more minutes. When he was done, I stepped up, told him I was here to drop off the car. He asked if I had an appointment. I said yes. He got more and more snotty and condescending as he asked questions. Even more so when I asked a couple of questions. When I called him out on his attitude, he claimed he wasn’t being rude. I beg to differ. If this is how you greet and treat new customers, I hope the old ones will keep you busy. Because I will not be back. (When I made the appointment, in person, the guy who helped me was polite and very good. This guy was NOT.)
I was referred here by a friend for the good service after looking at my AC system I was told that all I needed was a tension pulley and a belt and some spacers I paid over $300 for an alignment and AC system for me to drive off and my AC not to work within an hour of me driving off after taking it to a real shop. I was told that I need a new AC compressor a new condenser a new dryer which I gladly bought and had installed these people had an opportunity to tell me the truth what was wrong with my AC system and failed to do so. It seems like they wanted me to do a temporary fix so I would come back knowing what the real problem was and not wanting to inform me of it I would not recommend this place at all for AC service
Had an alignment done on my 2002 Mercedes. Although the parts weren't fitting, they followed through trying many suppliers until one fit. They honored the original labor estimate, even though they put many more hours into it. Front desk guy was always honest with me about their progress. Saved me more than half the cost of what an indy German auto shop wanted.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Poor service. They add a great deal more than what actually needs to be fixed so you pay more than you actually need to!
Been working with these guys for several months now. They are awesome. Have saved me money at every turn. Dependable. Honest. Good Humans.
Would not take loyal customer's friend's credit card when customer had that credit card, driver's license, and permission note in hand. In 66 years, I have never seen such disrespect for steady customer.
