I am not going to say much than what others say about this place. Read all the reviews before coming to this place. What I will promise is that you will regret even for thinking to come to this place. I got ripped off because I didn’t read people’s reviews. For the past 36 years of my life I didn’t see a fraud like the owner and his wife. All what they have is broken tires and cars. First thing they gonna ask about your budget to show you that they care but in fact they don’t they just want to know how they can get all your money and sell you broken things that doesn’t worth nothing. Be careful save ur money
This place is cool ig, but you really gotta check the tires out. I bought a set of 4 for $250. The tires were from 2015 and rotting. I assume that's how most of their tires are as well since they are all together basically. Maybe I could've done a lil more research, or the company could be straight forward with me either way it's been nothing but stress with them. Can't even call them half the time too.
Been dealing with Ahmad and Sinna for 5 years now. Never had an issue with any of the cars I have gotten from them. They will work with your budget. Definitely tell all my friends looking for a car to go there
I wish I would have seen other reviews on here before now... This is absolutely the worst garage I have ever dealt with in all my life!! I went here to get a rental when my truck broke down (because Enterprise and Hertz were both sold out at the time). When we started talking about my truck, rather than give a fair estimate of parts and labor, they asked questions like "how much money can you spend?" and "how much will your tax refund be?" I should have taken those warning signs for what they were and avoided this place at all costs, but their rental prices seemed fair and not being stranded while our vehicle was being worked on was a service we thought would be helpful to us...
We paid in advance for 4 days on the rental; they told us any additional days would be free of charge while they worked on our truck. This was the only reason we agreed to have them install the part.
We were told the $100 deposit on the rental would be applied toward the repair costs, but ultimately they did not hold up their end of the deal, stole our $100 deposit, and overcharged us for the labor.
They are slick talkers and will say things like "I'll look out for you" but they are, in fact the shadiest, most dishonest shop owners I have ever encountered. The husband and wife team do not communicate, with each of them making their own arrangements and not telling the other what is going on, only to twist it in the long run and profit however they can.
Please believe, if you need work done, a rental or any other of the services they claim to provide, you are better off going to ANY other garage in town besides this one.
Tried to get tires for my boyfriend’s car and called around 4:30 to get a set, they said we could come pick them up before the night ended. Online hours said they closed at 6. We arrived at 5:30 and they had already closed, guy that walked out of the shop said they closed at 5 as if that was common knowledge. Online says they open at 8 am but he said store owner doesn’t show up until 11 (and implied that’s when the store would open). They should have expressed hours clearly on the phone when we called with plenty of time before they would have closed. Update your hours or continue to lose business
The new management team as well as the owners(original) are always very nice to me. I believe the negative reviews mostly boil down to miscommunication between them and the customer that's why I handle my business in person. I'm glad I found this little rinkydink garage they are a hidden gem. My car is being taken care of by Tires 4 Less in a timely and professional manner, the best part is the repairs are done right the 1st time. I always get everything put on paper better safe than sorry is what I was taught. Wtbs I recommend this shop highly for ALL your needs.
Wish I would have read reviews before taking my car to get repaired here... brought my car in to get a simple bearing changed and when I came to pick up my car I notice my steering wheel was crooked so I brought the car back and consulted the owner, which then tried telling me I needed to pay for an “alignment” but that their alignment machine was broken at their garage so if I wanted I could leave my car with him and he would take it to another location for the alignment and that he would cut me a deal, persistingly asking how much I could afford to spend and how much money I had.....at that point i explained that an alignment was not what I needed and that my steering wheel was not as it was before I had brought the vehicle in. I called a relative at that point for some guidance as to how to proceed with the matter, I went back inside tires for less to explain to the owners wife that they had messed something up while fixing my vehicle which she then asked one of the mechanics to come talk to me? At that point I handed my phone to the mechanic so that my relative could explain that my vehicle was not right. The very impatient and disrespectful mechanic at that point threw my phone on the counter that we were standing by causing it to bounce and fall face down on the floor shattering the screen making it pretty much not functionable. Law enforcement ended up having to be involved and the issue was solved in a civil matter. Didn’t get my phone replaced instead ended up having to buy a new phone because the officer ruled that because the mechanic didn’t directly he wasn’t at fault of it breaking. Luckily my steering wheel was fixed immediately after but ended up having to get alignment anyway at another place obviously..... long story short got car fixed but ended up causing more problems in my vehicle and my phone was broken in the process. Not my first bad experience at the place. First time simply came to purchase 2 used front tires. Owner tries telling me that he would cut me a deal on “4 used good condition tires” if I traded my brand new rear tires also... I turn down the deal feeling like the owner is trying to take advantage of me I end up buying just 2 tires which lasted me no more than 1 month... do not recommend bringing your vehicle whatsoever. this place is run by a a bunch of crooks and scumbags and should consider shutting their doors.
This shop is one of the most honest and dependable shop around Manhattan. Mechanic is straight up honest with you about the problem and finds the cheapest and most reliable solution to the problem. Also the mechanic has a lot of knowledge about any kind of issues your car is having and will be able to tell you right away what’s wrong with it and what needs to be fixed. Excellent place!
