Went to get my oil changed earlier and first of all they let someone go ahead of me that pulled in after me. Then I finally get pulled in, the dude asks if I want the same as last time and finally changes my oil. When it comes time to pay, he tells me $80 ???? mind you last time I went 2 months ago and the previous times I went, it has been $65 and so I asked why it was so much. He says well I’ll tell you why, because we now charge extra for the filter ???? so 1st of all, 65 for just oil is ridiculous, second of all, that’s something you tell someone before you do the oil change not after!!! So I asked when did that start and that is something you tell someone first not later! He said I don’t know you’ve been here before ???? you JUST asked me if I wanted the same as last time?!?!?!?
Bad customer service and now the same price as Walmart and Walmart does more including vacuuming out your car!

We have used this place for years but it has really gone down hill now and we won't be back. I made an appointment for brake pads and oil change. When we dropped my car off, a man took the keys and said they would get to it. When we came back THREE hours later, they still weren't finished. The man who had taken our keys when we dropped off the car was still standing there so we asked him about it, and he told us that he doesn't even work there!! But he had taken the keys to our vehicle when we had dropped it off! We stood there for 20 minutes and no one offered to help us, the workers saw us standing there but never asked what we needed.. we finally told them that we needed to pick up our vehicle and they told us another hour to get the oil change because we were "still in line"! We opted out of the oil change and left! When I spoke with Cody, who said he was the manager, his response was "well I don't know what you want me to do about it. y'all were the ones who had to go". There is no sense in a shop taking 4 hours for brake pads and oil change, and no excuse for poor customer service.
I have never had any issues with this place I’m glad that this is here they have done work on my car as well as my husband car they are pretty reliable and reasonable so come check them out
Tioga Motors is the best price I've found for any work needed on your vehicle. From oil changes to tune up. They are fantastic and fast.
These guys are outstanding, and will do whatever they can to get you back on the road.
My experience was great if he comfortable tackling the job he will tell you or recommend you somewhere else. He changed the timing tensioner on my wife car and did an excellent job I was very pleased and he went out of his we to ensure our happiness and gave a quality job for a fair price
Do not recommend at all. I have had my vehicle in for the same problem serval times and now I have a pile of scrap metal with a blown transmission as they have no record of the repairs I have had done. Only since I can make of this is he prefers cash and don't document the repairs. I will be contacting the BBB cause I do have records.
I use these guys for everything. Their new shop has expanded services with great mechanics. Very fair prices and honest as the day is long. I love them!
