Perfect place for people looking for live music, drinks, and fun!
I had a special time at Tin Roof enjoying live music outside and inside the bar. The atmosphere is great. Service very friendly.
Totally recommended for those looking for a good time at Downtown Detroit.
A great place to celebrate match days or just have a beer with friends and party to some nice live music. On the second floor, the sound is like a normal club.
The food is good too, the chicken tenders are awesome.
Perfect spot to a have a drink and food before our concert at the Fillmore also across the in walking from the Detroit Tigers stadium
Went here with a small group of friends to have a few drinks and listen to music, was great until a fight broke out and I made the mistake of putting out my arms to stop people from jumping in. Within 5 seconds I was grabbed by security and ripped away from my group by security as my phone got slapped out of my hand which security saw. I told him quickly I didn’t know anybody that was involved and just trying to help diffuse, also that my phone was in there on the floor. He just kept repeating “you gotta go”, I stood outside with two wonderful officers and asked everyone who came out if they’d seen a phone. I talked to door security many times who seemed to understand but refused to let me back in to look for my group or my phone, because the manager said so. After about an hour and a half of sitting in the cold(about 1:30 am now) and asking many people if they’d seen it the door security let me know he’d go in and look for it. 5 minutes later he brought it to me (thank you that guy!) not 5 minutes later my friend (who drank 2 drinks all night and was the DD, also a frequent drinker) gets carried out of the bar by 2 guys and I took over from there. Someone slipped something in his second drink, waiting on drug test results now to figure out exactly what. Luckily I only got to have a drink and a half and I sobered up in the cold so I could drive while my buddy puked his guts out for the entire 45 minute ride home…
Stop a fight? You get kicked out but go around and drug whoever you want!

Extremely loud, need to scream at the bartenders for them to hear you. Otherwise great music- saw Renee Blair
Very cool place, live music on Friday, Even during happy hour. Server was awesome and informative. Parking is a bit of a hassle especially if something is going on downtown. The only negative here is I believe my credit card was compromised, though not 100% certain. I would return, but might think about bringing cash next time.

Drinks and shots are expensive, so be prepared to pay for a good time lol. Food and service were on point given the madness that ensued around midnight due to a fan favorite band set. One of the best bars in Downtown Detroit!
