Just a fun cool place WITHOUT the negative things most pubs have. Staff is Friendly, Food is Great, Promotions and Activities are Fun, They have live entertainment and Owner usually there and attentive to the customers. As for the food they buy better ingredients and it shows, the Wings and Cheesesteak are awesome. Not a place where the "regulars" dominate the staff's attention, they want everyone to be a "regular". Check out the Tuesday night Bar Bingo, we went last night and it was free and FUN.
The food was incredible! Nachos were to die for and easily fed our table of six as an appetizer. The burgers were great. Friendly and hardworking staff. The atmosphere was inviting and fun. Mario singing is always an added bonus. Looking forward to being back soon!
I ordered carry out yesterday food was great. We had a double bacon cheese burger and the patty melt. Both were delicious, the bartender was friendly. Definitely planning on trying other things on their menu ! I also liked the decor of the restaurant they did a good job.
The place is super cool, and welcoming. The service wasn't great, we got our food and wasn't checked on until we were ready to leave. Now the food.....I ordered a ribeye sandwich med and got a chared hockey puck. I would have said something to our server but wasn't checked on and was just ready to leave at that point.
First time visiting Time Out. We grew up in CL. We are retired and snowbirds. Arrived home late this afternoon. Love everything about your restaurant bar. Loved the entertainment. One turn off. People smoking at the bar.
First time coming here and we will be back soon. We had a Reuben sandwich and a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. Both were delicious and filling. The beer was cold and the atmosphere was nice. Ralf the owner was personable and friendly. Katie our bartender/server was killing it all night, while she took care of the entire bar by herself. Customers all around were friendly and easy to talk with.
Me and my significant other came here on a date night after work last week. We ordered drinks, and they came with a flat lemonade. We tried ordering them again to see if it was just a one time thing, and they again came just as bad. Then asked for just a glass of lemonade and it came out looking and tasting like water. So we then decided we’d rather just drink water. Our food then arrived and the fries were very bland. I had a patty melt, and my bread was burnt pretty well. The burger itself was very overcooked. My significant other had a buffalo chicken wrap and the sauce was pouring out of it and was very messy. I don’t think we will be going there again. The live band was pretty decent, and that’s what really saved the experience.
Response to your response: I get that, but after 4 drinks made or flat lemonade, it was very easy to notice the lemonade was off by just appearance. And nothing was said during the time there because it was rare we got the bartender by, and we both got the feeling that there was a “Eh, I don’t care too much of this table.” And the review was written a week after because I was telling someone of my bad experience and they were asking where it was at, showed them online. And I thought I’d give the next person looking at coming here an idea of what to stay away from.
Ordered a couple burgers and chili for take out, the chili lacked flavor and the burgers…. Well let’s just say they were so raw I had to lasso the dam thing back on my plate ???? for over $30 just unacceptable - Edit- after reading the response, I definitely appreciate your accountability, that’s good business, everyone makes mistakes and I’ll definitely be giving this place another chance, and no need to comp me meals, I’ll gladly pay again, the fact you didn’t make excuses and just found a solution is enough for me ????????
