Great Honest place to get your auto worked on. Had been in the area for many years and has always been able to help us with our auto needs at a very fair price. Has saved us thousands of dollars over the price of other certified dealerships in the area. Never had issues with the repairs after work was done.
West Virginia isn't prepared for CoVID, nor the consequences of its anti-vax culture. As such, it leaves businesses strained in terms of manpower. It's common for discourse to flounder or quality to suffer.

This location came with solid recommendation from our usual mechanic. Excellent communication. Thorough in explanation and speculative cost. Kind. In WV, such is less common by the day. Above all, value and throughput.

This place use to be the place to take your vehicle for any reason. Now you have to physically go there to ask questions bc they don't answer calls. Tell them what you need and they say they will call you and you never get the call. Leave your car not to get a call for 5 days and get told a price that's double and a half what dealership charges for the same work.... Very disappointed ..
Welded a manifold 2 years later still no problems. I'll be returning soon to replace sensors and repair catalytic converter.
