The staff has changed in the past few months and you can tell. Employees are so rude now. Tried ordering a Carmel Machhiato Latte was told they didn't serve them....I'm looking at your menu now it says you do.... tried using rewards for it (flavor included in the rewards) was told I'd have to pay for the carmel seperate. Won't be back anytime soon. You've officially lost another customer.

These girls are extremely rude and every time I have been here. Every time I come through they are not only rude to me but they always seem to be talking poorly about another coworker. The latte machine has been down for over a week and I will not be giving them any more of my business. I would be fine if it was once or twice that they are rude but it has been every time I have been there. I can't belive this place is still in business with the type of girls that are running it.
Your coffee is different almost every day. They often forget your espresso. Sometimes they tell you to just go thru the drive thru when you come inside. The lines is always a mile long in the mornings but that's pretty much the only time it's tough to get coffee.
The ladies that work here in the morning are mostly all delightful. Excellent service.
The only thing I would change is the volume of the stupid auto greeting at the drive thru speaker. It seems as though it is always about 30 notches too high. It literally hurts my ears.
I avoided this place for months because of bad experiences with rude staff and reports of uncleanliness. Took a chance today with a breakfast order and staff is more rude than ever, act like people ordering is bothersome to them, and speak rudely to customers when customizing an item. (Wanted no ice in my drink but said so just after ordering, and staff member said “uh, you need to tell us BEFORE you order the drink because we ALREADY put ice in it!”) Nope, I don’t. I can and will order in whatever manner I choose, and I even apologized for saying it after the fact, and then she practically threw my food at me through the window. Stupidly high prices as well. I will not ever come back and will tell everyone I know to avoid like the plague as well. Do better.
Went in at noon on a Sunday with my kiddos so they could pick out their doughnuts. The case was full of several colorful options and my toddlers were extremely excited to tell the young gentleman at the registered which ones they wanted. But when the employee went to get our doughnuts out a lady employee (manager or lead I'm guessing) told the gentleman he couldn't sell any of the doughnuts in the case as those were for the next shift and we were only allowed to buy the doughnuts sitting out on a tray in the kitchen area. My toddlers left crying because they couldn't have the easter flower doughnuts they saw. Seriously couldn't believe it!
Worst service ever, 6 girls behind counter not one will work, waited 20 mins for 1 donut, never go back again. Worst lazy emplyees, lazy lazy lazy
