Order a cold brew with cold foam, a sausage bagel, and a sausage cheese sandwich. I ordered online so I could confirm the order was inputted correctly.
Instead, I received an ice coffee with whipped cream, an egg cheese sandwich, the stalest bagel I've ever had, and grouchy treatment from the servers. Had me afraid to even ask for a straw. Nothing we had was quality enough to finish.
One of the worst Tim’s in the area. Today I pulled in to the drive-through and ordered two breakfast sandwiches and then had the worker told me they stop serving breakfast at 2pm. If that’s true, that’s pretty ridiculous considering that every Tim Hortons locations since at least 2023 have served breakfast all day long now. He then corrected himself quickly and said that he could get the order done. But then question every item that I want it on the sandwich. Sausage? I don’t know if we have that, OK, we do. biscuits? I don’t know if we have that OK we do. I was then handed two sandwiches which looked like they had been made 6 hours earlier. Just.. wow.
This was my first time stopping at Tim Hortons. The coffee was average at best & nothing to get excited about. The donut holes were good though & the service was excellent.
I come to this T.H. almost every Sunday afternoon to relax and enjoy a sandwich and coffee. Of course, the food and coffee are very good. But I especially want to finally say how much I appreciate the attention from the employees. They are always so friendly and helpful. They also work hard at keeping everything so clean. It's really a nice place to go inside for delicious coffee and relax for a while. Thank you!
I cannot express how many times I order from this location and find my Boston Cream donut like this. I am very disappointed with either the process of putting the donut in the bag first, beneath a hot sandwich or wrap, or giving me a donut that was handed back by another customer for the same reason. I provided a picture to show exactly how this location appreciates my loyalty and hard earned money, otherwise me as a customer.
I would rate them 10 stars if possible. They are extremely personable and patient, yet also provide the fastest service of any Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. And this location gets busy with people working in Grandview such as myself. I’ve gotten to know a couple of workers by name. Today, I mentioned I had a cold, and my girl Sarah was like “you need a tea!” So I ordered a tea. Very comforting and caring. They take great care of you here!
Went to 3 different locations before I found what I wanted. Olentangy river road was great. Nice people, had product and was quick.
Well. Went and ordered 2 brown butter coffee they gave me cinnamon coffee. Went back through to have it remade and I'm not even sure what kind of coffee this is at this point. I literally can't fit anymore coffee in my car so like. I guess I'll leave.
