How do you mess up a mocha?
By forgetting to put the creamer in.
Glad I didn't use the drive thru, or I couldn't have fixed my order. Stick with the regular coffee and iced Capps, their other drinks are subpar.
Hi Tim Hortons staff and Owner.
I really very disappointed here in your store when you guys refuse me for the refill coffee.
I'm using my own Tim Hortons mug from last 5 years and I traveled all over the Canada and USA upto Mexico and drinking 3 or 4 coffee and love to buy Timmy's and In very rear case if Timmy's not available then love's travel stop all over upto Mexico. But today your store refuse me for my refill medium coffee.
They charge $1.60 for a cup of water. McDonald's will charge me 30 CENTS for the cup. I get that. Tim Hortons trying to profit on water? Disgusting. Especially when I had a huge order. Will not be back unless they change their policy.
Repeatedly get the order wrong. Ordered a turkey bacon swiss sandwich no mayo today. Opened my drive thru bag once I got back to work and its a ham and swiss drenched in mayo...
Ordered a turkey club sandwich and was terribly disappointed

NO BACON
Bun was burned, tomatoes were sorry and lettuce was the same. Looked like they put zero effort into this. Didn't even put it in a bag. Just handed me the sandwich.
Did i mention THEY DIDN'T PUT BACON ON IT?!?
Don't bother stopping here for food.
I love TimHortons, but not this one. I asked to come in to order because I drive a tractor trailer, they refused and said they can’t open the doors till 06:00. Many of us don’t fit in a drive through, sorry to see many potential customers not having access simply because they don’t want to work the front counter like most others do.
Ended up at Speedwsy next door!
Staff here at this location is ALWAYS friendly, prompt, and are incredibly well mannered. I've been to this location 3-4 times now in the last 3 months and I've seen a different face each time but every single one had a smile on their face. Not only are the staff polite, they are patient and let you take your time in making decisions and are helpful when guidance is needed. Food and coffee are always fresh and prepared correctly the first time, everytime! ????
