McDonald's does breakfast sandwiches better. The variant I had at Tim Hortons was absolute rubbish. The sausage wasn't even browned, the English Muffin was soggy, the hashbrown tasted freezer burned. Rubbish
Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes while the workers gossiped, swore and using vulgar language, talked badly about other people while a car was RIGHT THERE waiting for their order. Swept infront of cars and backed up in the rain while people were waiting for their drinks/food. These three girls are so genuinely insufferable and annoying. Won’t keep me from coming back but these workers need to be reprimanded and need to learn workplace etiquette.
Trying Tim Horton for the first time, loved my vanilla cream cold brew. Wide variety of menu items. Amazing customer service, we were group of 20 people, I know it can get confusing and overwhelming but they took care of our orders with a great smile.
Definately NOT a donut shop. This is a coffee shop that happens to sell "some" donuts. We waited at an empty counter for 7 minutes just to order "timbits". The staff were too busy filling online orders.
I love Tim Hortons for a quick bagel or Timbits, but this stays busy, so I don't expect anything too quickly. It is not uncommon to wait in line for 15-20 minutes on a Saturday morning, both in the drive thru and in the store. When they are busy, they often run out of ingredients or prepared food. This means that a significant portion of the menu is effectively void. My usual order is an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. While they don't always have my bagel, when they do, I have found that the toppings are often minimal...lacking the "everything" component of an everything bagel. All told, the employees are always kind and I can see them moving efficiently and collaboratively. My review really hinges on how busy this location is.
Great prices. Great coffee. Great customer service. Sad there were no travel mugs cause I desperately needed one lol 10/10 though
VERY slow service inside on a Sunday afternoon. I actually think the drive thru would have been quicker for my coffee. But, all worth it for my Timmy's coffee!
Lobby closed go thru drive thru ask for toasted bagel. Not a speck if that bagel was toasted it was cold and they said they did one car in front of us and our stuff was ready when we got to window never is it ready they are slow. They rather giggle and have a good time then to take care of their customers
