Horrible and unprofessional. I witnessed owner and girlfriend yelling at drivers including me. I was forced to drive junky cab non working wipers in rain. I was screamed at and harassed by Tanya. I urge anyone that wants to apply...your better off starting your own cab company. STAY AWAY 8.50 an hour is not worth it!!!!
I never had a problem with Service cab it is actually my preferred taxi service for many reasons one being I respect William he's fair and honest he's put in a lot of work on the cabs not all of them are perfect but they will get you to where you need to be unharmed they also don't take a whole century getting a cab to you. There is another reason I'm giving 5 stars with pleasure I used to work for William as a detailer I never had to walk home in the rain or winter he always provided me a way to and from work and you best believe if I came in and they were getting lunch I wasn't ever left out unless I brought something of my own and declined. William is a good business man and person in general if you ever need to go somewhere give service cab a call they'll get you there they always have!
Guy showed up, never said payment forms accepted, upon drop off said they only accept cash and doesn’t carry change on him. Only had a 20 on me. Said he wouldn’t take any other money payment methods. Also said they don’t do taxi rides unless they’re for doctors appointments and I was lucky he even took my call.
all the drivers I had were safe in driving and they made sure I knew how to contact them when I was done with my appointments
Cabs are nasty, filthy & driver had been smoking in the cab. Smoke smell took my breath away and I couldn't breathe. Glass of window separated from border of window and so winter air coming through window while being taken to a medical appointment on highway. HATE this cab service. Trash all over floor and food on the floor.
I have tried to call this taxi service multiple times. Left a voicemail to schedule a ride to work in the morning. Tried to call back and was sent straight to voicemail twice. Very, very unprofessional.
My mother needed transportation from Attica to Tiffin for a Dr appt! The driver was running WAY late! The Dr's office couldn't accept a late appt, so she had to reschedule! I cancelled the ride! I am disgusted with their service!????
Driver responded immediately on a busy weekend. He was punctual and accommoded us by scheduling a return ride in a few hours. He also quickly returned a personal item left behind. Cost was reasonable and vehicle was comfortable. Will use again when we return to Tiffin in a few months.
