I take all my family cars to Tico Auto center for the past 20 years. Tico does all the preventive maintenance on my vehicles. When i compare the prices with other mechanics, he is reasonable. He usually show me all the problems and all the parts that need to be replaced . He is friendly, respectful and a hard working person.
I would recommend Tico auto center to my family and friends!
Also, he speaks Spanish and that helps out a lot understanding the mechanical problems on the vehicles.
Tico's is undoubtedly the worst place to bring your car. He treated us like we were children and not his customers. This man is in the wrong type of business.
The reviews don't lie! You would think this guy would improve himself and act more like man instead of a little boy. He even replies to his customers like a middle schooler on Instagram on here! YIKES.
Read the reviews before you come here. Everyone's complaints are valid. This guy scams people and doesn't change out the parts. He gets mad when you find out his game. He charged my buddy 500$ to change the brakes. Now he wants to charge another 500$ and he won't let us take the car. We do not authorize the extra charges. My buddy changed out the pump before and this guy says they changed it. He never even touched it. Save your selves the time and money. We have to call the police now and show up on Monday.
Scam artist. We were recommended this mechanic but a family friend. Went there due to car over heating and heater not blowing hot air. Tiko said spark plugs, thermostat and new radiator needed to be changed. I asked for the heater core to be flushed. We took it home after and the heater still didn’t work. We called Tiko and he said sometimes the coolant gets air pockets and to bring it in the morning. We brought it in and they replaced the coolant. Still no heat. Then he tells us the heater core needs to be replaced. We went to pick up the car two days later, heater works but now the AC doesn’t work. Coolant reservoir was empty. How many times does a mechanic need to mess up? Tiko isn’t getting our service or family friends service.
Very good customer service. My car is always ready on time. Ticos is the only place l trust with my vehicle I recommend ticos.
Came in for a simple brake repair that was supposed to be 300$ Now I'm supposed to pay over 1,000$ to get it out I didn't approve or accept that price. Also they said they replaced parts I already replaced from a certified dealer. Nevada needs to revoke his license. SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!! This is illegal business
Unfortunately had a bad experience here. My girlfriend went here to get her battery connections fixed since it wasn't in the best condition. The workers were really great about it and said we didn't owe them anything for fixing it. We tipped the mechanic $20 since it was fairly a quick fix over leaving without paying nothing.
Next thing you know Tico himself comes out complaining how we didn't pay enough and made a big deal about it. I'm guessing it was a miscommunication but thats no way to treat your customers even if it was. Never coming back and not recommending this place to anyone.
Great service, great price, great customer service. Definitely recommend this place to everyone. I'm definitely a returning satisfied customer.
