Called in today having been past few days ago. The extensive menu just terrific. Spoiled for choice but chose the turkey, stuffing and cranberry on brown teacake. Absolutely scrumptious, filled with delicious Turkey. Will def go back and try the breakfast. The staff very bright and cheerful, cakes to die for and the added touch was the delicious shortbread biscuit which came with the huge pot of tea for two.
Just been to thyme cafe in Elland for a full English omg was I glad it’s so refreshing to see that someone actually still cares about there business

Found by accident, stopped for breakfast, full cooked English (Cumberland sausage) absolutely delicious.
Had to come back for late lunch, Yorkshire pudding loaded with mash and roast beef.Did not disappoint and they stayed opened later to feed me, couldn’t ask for better service.
I came across Thyme cafe when I walked my daughter to work a couple of weeks ago, so I called in for a bacon bap and a coffee. The cafe is situated on a corner on the main road from Elland to Huddersfield, so you can't miss it. I love great coffee and the the coffee is truly great - so much so that I had to have another one. The bap, though simple, which is just how I like it, was made from quality bread and plenty of lean bacon, cooked just right. I called in again yesterday and had the same again. There is some great food on the menu so I cannot wait to try out other options. All in all, lovely food and Nicki and Nicki are welcoming, friendly and enjoy a good laugh. Oh, and to cap it all, they play great background music! I thoroughly recommend you call in, if you haven't already.
they are always so kind ! I often get takeaway from here, make sure to get the caramel flapjack and the cheese n ham toastie it's to die for !
