Found my new nail spot! Great experience here. Friendly staff, great prices. Helen did an EXCELLENT job on my mani & pedi! Would give her more stars if I was able.
Unfortunately I am not able to do Zero star. I had my nails done & eyebrows. This was the worst experience ever! The lady who did my eyebrows or should I say was supposed to do my eyebrows messed them up completely! I noticed she was frantically looking around when I asked if everything was ok . She said she’s looking for eye pencil to fix my eyebrow. I asked for a mirror and this is what I got! One crooked eyebrow and the other with a bald spot. I just wanted to die! The nail on my thumb formed a bubble causing the gel to lift . Never again!

Always ready to accommodate last minute. I was in a rush but they squeezed me in. I've been getting my nails done here for a decade. These ladies know how to care for your nails.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. First off they have all these workers in there sitting on their behinds . No ones in there. My friend and I wanted full sets. So I waited while my friend got hers done. He charges 35$ for long nails. Which btw are not even long. And they weren't even gel. They were a regular nail polish. And when it was my turn he didn't even measure the extensions on my nail he just glued whatever he though would fit. So now my middle finger nail is skinnier than the rest of my nails. By the way if he messes up on your nail he gets upset. And starts talking bad about you in front of everyone. AND TO ADD more customers came in for a full set and two other employees started doing their nails. Like WHAT I waited for this guy while he was doing my friends nails when someone else could've done it? And they told me he was the only one that knew how to do it. I'm very unhappy because I got my nails short thinking they would be 25$ but he charged 30$. I didn't bother to tip him. Never stepping foot in that salon again. They made a big mistake with me because I have a large influence in the beauty community of the valley so I'll make sure my girls don't go there. I couldn't get the guys name because I don't think he understood me.
This place is so bad. First of all there’s workers just sitting there doing nothing while like 2 people are working and it’s full and they aren’t even doing ANYTHING. And I went in for a full set and waited 2 hours for someone to help me and the lady kept saying 5 min. And then she was doing my nails and made them like super thin and I asked for medium length nails and she charged $30 and they weren’t even medium length.ive only had my nails on for 3 days and 2 broke off already because of how incredibly THIN they are. Plus the polish is crusty and old. And you can still see the nail under. SO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOE ANYTHING!!!!!!
I made an appointment and when I got there I was told that there is someone the operator was taking ahead of me. She said she "was going to call you" but certainly did not. She expected me to wait for 45 mins!! Bad way to treat a new customer. Will never go back-she didn't even offer an apology. Well there's LOTS more nail places in the Valley!!
3D nail design by Jackie is the business. Helen does a good pedicure. This was my first time. They were very sweet and patient. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you. Love these ladies!
