Such a poor customer service over the phone. You should provide the information that your drivers do not accept debit card and upon reporting, your staff badly misbehave and hang up the call. Such a rude service from the drivers. You should learn professionalism and decency from other companies.

Drivers are class. Office staff/“management”/whoever answers the phone here are the total opposite. Attitude problems, no common sense or decency shown to what was a regular customer. Would not recommend this circus to anybody
Answer very quickly during the day midweek and weekend. Taxi shows up promptly. Drivers conversive and more of a communal feel to their service as opposed to Glasgow cabs

DISGUSTING service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! A woman called "Kat" or "Cat" answered my call to arrange a pickup, arranged a booking. Called a 2nd time to ask how long it would be but the operator replied saying they were so busy that they wouldn't provide a time. That is understandable, but what happens next is unforgivable. When the taxi arrived, not more than two minutes later, the taxi left!! My party was gathering their bags ready to go and when leaving, the taxi was seen driving away from the pickup point. We phoned thornliebank taxis bank when Kat or Cat answered the call again (3rd time) and said that the taxi was waiting for four minutes when we were told two minutes before we had attempted to enter the taxi. The operator had a horrid tone when answering the call, I don't know if it was because she had been answering drunk people but nevertheless she spoke to us in a very patronising tone, telling us that she wouldn't arrange for us to be picked up immediately from the queue. The driver did not attempt to wait for my party to get ready at all. We had all our bags ready and it was just a matter of waiting for one person to exit from the toilet and thornliebank taxi company had left us for stranded. Thankfully we called GLASGO cabs and they sorted us out immediately. Go to them if you want better service. AVOID THORNLIEBANK RADIO CARS AT ALL COSTS!!!
Cheap prices and drivers are fine. The dispatch people on the phones however are awful. Hardly answer the phones, can be rude at times. Constantly redirecting drivers which leaves you waiting 30mins of more for a car at times. Not the drivers fault, but the guys on the phone are a huge downfall for the company.
if i could give it zero stars i would in office despatchers they are the worst all have attitude problem should never be a taxi company with the customer service they have i asked to be put through to manager they hang the phone up on you any other taxi service in south is far better taxi service and you wont get any attitude id stay away from thornliebank taxis at all costs
