I rate this a 1 because 0 isn’t possible. Everything about going there was terrible. I wanted a curly cut. And my hair to be dyed a chocolate brown. She treated my hair the exact opposite of curly she treated my hair like it was straight hair. & I even made sure and asked if she knew how to cut curly hair she said yes. She straightened my hair 3 times during the whole session I didn’t want that but I just willing to go along because I didn’t want to complain. But I just feel she really damaged my hair so bad. she didn’t even put heat protectant not once the 3 times she straightened it. And when she applied the dye to my hair she didn’t even show me the color to confirm I was okay with it, I don’t know how that’s even acceptable ????????♀️.I was so disappointed so unprofessional. And to also add when my hair was styled at the end after dye my hair looked the same color before it was dyed. Only place it had dye was on my roots and it wasn’t even the color I asked for way lighter brown. The whole point was a curly cut to give my curls shape volume and she didn’t style my hair that way at then end she straightened it. Never was I asked questions if what she was doing okay. I honestly just felt she was clueless in what she was doing. I still paid but for nothing again so disappointing. PLEASE DONT GO HERE it’s terrible service I got nothing I asked for the haircut was a fail and the dye as well and all I asked for was a simple chocolate brown dye and came out with the same hair as before (reddish color). There was no consideration of how I felt about things it was like she was going to do whatever she wanted I explained in detail what I wanted and show multiple pictures from all angels of my curly cut as well as examples pictures of the chocolate brown I wanted. I just don’t want anymore to experience this spend your money elsewhere guys !

Walk-in cuts for my boys are always a success. All the ladies are proficient in men’s cuts. If you want to make an appointment, you can also do so. I make my appointments with Lucy to do my hair. She is very good with my pixie cut!
I tried getting my roots redone my hair was very long past my waist and the lady burned all my hair off and was left with thin patched hair because she put it under the the heat and it was melting off my head burning off. She knew she messed up but didn’t tell me anything till I said something when I noticed later that day the only thing she told me was we can get you free shampoo and conditioner that’s not gonna get my hair back at all I wanted my money back I payed more to get my roots done than to have my whole head died blonde. Another instance is another lady next to her burned my friends hair with a perm all she said was I can cut all of it short and my friend had long pretty hair that she ruined.
I've been getting haircuts from here for YEARS! I've asked for different types haircuts over the years and got exactly what I've wanted. They also have a licensed barber now!
The barber there does a horrible job she cut it wayyyy too short and left some hair uncut i strongly don’t recommend this place
I asked for a trim and she cut all of my hair off and didn’t even fade it never coming back
Bronia is just the best! She has done an amazing job with my short, weird haircut. She's also very good with my 4 yr old grandson!
