I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS TIRE BUSINESS!!!!!
Just spend the extra money and get a new tire. They placed a 12 year old tire on my daughter's car and it exploded on her after a couple of weeks on the interstate causing her tail light and bumper to be destroyed.
I called several times and no one ever called back so I stopped by and spoke with the owner. He was very nonchalant, saying you knew it was a used tire and said, he does put tires that are twelve years old on the vehicles and "you get what you get when you buy a used tire."
As a female not knowing tire tread and what to look for this is unacceptable. I will never buy or support this business again.
I know I was taken advantage of because of my race and being a female.
How horrible of you!!! I trusted you all only for you to drop the ball. Never again, please don't trust them this is utter robbery!!!
I even told him that my daughter would be going out of town and we needed a good used dependable tire so this was a complete slap in the face.
How dare you put people lives in jeopardy with these outdated tires.
I've only been about 4 times, but when I go, they are nice and respectful and try to help as much as they can. 9 outta 10 will go again!!

Tire City takes care of there customers, the quality of the service here is unmatched by anywhere else in Pensacola. They have my respect. If you need help in a tight spot I can guarantee you they've got your back.
I walked in and requested a set of new tires. They gave me a set of snow tires.....that were 8 years old. Mind you a live in sunny Florida....I go back to the shop and notify them the car doesn’t ride good. They assured me there’s nothing wrong with the tire but I probably need an alignment or replace a barring.....Don’t get me wrong the employees seem like genuinely nice guys. But long story short, don’t go there is you don’t know anything about tires.
They have saved my car many times, I love these guys. They work really hard and do a great job. Best prices. The tires that they replaced have held up never any issues. They give 15 day warranty if needed.
This shop is the best in town always do me right when I come to them. They always have the size tire I need. I recommend this shop
