Love the hometown feeling! Stylist are so sweet! Receptionist is very welcoming!
Looking back on the last three years or so, I would have to say this is the best haircut I have received in a long time. Just a couple dollars more but well worth the monies. Best to call for an appointment since they are busy.
A lot of salons constantly rush rush rush and I’ve ended up with many botched cut- I’ve actually shaved my head because a short pixie cut couldn’t be fixed. Lisa was fantastic and I didn’t worry at all that it wouldn’t come out great because she took her time and listened to what I wanted. I confess I’m a picky person when it comes to salons and this salon more than met my expectations. Consider me an official regular and I’ll be back again when it comes time to maintain it!
Dee is phenomenal, she is a professional in every sense of the word. She took my "mop" of unruly hair and transformed it into a manageable style she is terrific. All the ladies I've met there are all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!
I Have been going to Theresa's since i was a young girl. Moved back to the area 3 years ago was so happy to see Theresa still cutting hair! She gives the best cuts! The shop is clean and welcoming and everyone is so friendly!
this is a cute and cozy place, however if you want good hair color and have a specific vision, here is my experience of a few days ago. I came for a hair color with several pictures. wanted warm not too dark brown with bold chunky highlights, got black hair with tiny too light strands that look like grey.
When I expressed my disappointment the stylist told me that it looks great and a fair solution is to leave it alone.... They also told me that they are too busy to fix this.
I have been a long term client of Diana, who is currently unavailable.... Diana really cared about her clients and her work. Current staff does not seem to, they told me how overbooked they are....So they basically damaged my hair where another fix is not desirable if I want to keep my hair healthy , refunded my money but refunding hair health is not possible and they seem ok with that idea.
Very distressing and disappointing experience that hopefully others can avoid by either nit coming here or somehow making sure you agree before they do your hair color. By the way, most good quality salons in town guarantee their work.
DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED HERE. I got them done and said to just take a little off but now I barely have anything left. They are extremely thin. So embarrassing and will take a lot of time to grow back. Employees are very nice but are not experienced with this.
I am so happy a friend told me about this shop!!! My experience was absolutely amazing !! Will continue to go there. The best shop around?!?
