4/18/24 Has anyone noticed that the large supreme hoagies has changed it bread to a smaller size I thought they were using emergency bread at first until the next shipment comes but nooo I been back 3 different times and the hoagie is still small so basically they’re still charging full price for a large supreme but the sandwich looks like a small it’s more like a $7 sandwich to be honest…when I first started ordering from there the sandwich was huge and nearly falling out of the bag they are so small now I won’t be going back here ohhh yea I almost forgot watch out for the paper bags they use they will trick you into thinking the sandwich is huge by putting it in large paper bags here’s my two large hoagies supreme they are so small and cute
I went to the Wrap Bar today for me and my son (he's 4). I ordered the salmon salad (a hit????) and him a hoagie on the Grove (never had it before). When got home he kept saying "mommy this hot". I said "no it's not it's a regular turkey sandwich." He like naw ma this hot. So I tasted it and it was for sure hot. So I called the restaurant a few times to see if it was supposed to be like that but got no answer,so I went back to the restaurant. I wasn't really sure what to expect. Unfortunately with Black owned business you don't get the best results. But that was not the case. Their customer service was amazing. These ladies were so professional and understanding. Still not sure why it was so hot but I was so appreciative of the way they handled the situation I ordered more food. And everything was really good ????. Thank you Wrap Bar we will be back! ????
It's the attitude for me. My jerk wraps was dry as hell. it's cool. I'll take my money somewhere else. I know I can get great customer service.
Turkey Hoagies and salads
are very good and the butter cookies are delicious. Customer service is good and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
The food is good don’t get me wrong but I work hard for my money. If I give you an order and you read it back to me verbatim, then I expect to have everything I ordered. Why I order a crispy chicken Caesar salad with peppers and extra dressing amongst other things. Why I get back to work, mouth wet and ready to eat all to realize that I got a dry salad with no salad dressing nor extra as I paid for. Nor did they put the peppers on it. ITS ON THE ORDER TICKET CANT YOU ALL READ! Or are you too busy with your personal conversations that the patrons have to hear while waiting til extinction to get your food.
You try to call and place an order but no one picks up. Go figure it’s black owned. WE HAVE TO DO BETTER people!!!!!!
I was skeptical trying a new place but I Haven't had a Chicken Caesar Wrap in YEARS since my old neighborhood place shut down but this place really exceeded my expectations! im so glad I found it! I will be coming more often and trying more things keep up the great work the food was delicious, very flavorful and came as described on the menu.. also very great prices ❤️????
I’ve driven by many times & have been craving a wrap for awhile. I came in and saw they had a Jerk wrap which I’ve also been craving & it was amazingly delicious ???? definitely hit the spot. With the right amount of sauce & ingredients inside & each wrap comes with chips. Wish they had more water on deck; at the time they ran out. Service was great & it didn’t take long for the wait.
Food was delicious! Hubby and I stopped by for the 1st time. We absolutely loved the wraps. He got Chicken Philly and I got Crispy Chicken. Not sure why the chips didn't come with it tho. We'll be sure to ask next time. We plan to go back.
