Absolutely amazing place. We arrived early and they sat us down and told us we would have to wait but can order drinks. We was fine with that as we was very early, but the communicated that with us so we didn't mind.
From entering till leaving the staff were amazing, friendly and knowledgeable on what we asked.
The young girls worked hard and I believe it could off been the owner or a manger (the gentlemen) was also working hard to support the girls and helped with any questions we had.
The starters were delicious and the main was amazing. We was full but had to try the stick toffee pudding and HEAVEN!!!
100% RECOMMONED! We was recommended and are very pleased with it.
The restaurant is an comfortable place within it's self.

An excellent pub and restaurant. Good food and a nice simple menu with options for everyone that are delicious. The beers were good and the different specials they put on throughout the week are a nice touch. 5:30-6:30 happy hour is the best deal going with 2 for 1 drinks. Highly recommended. The only suggestion is to make their hours more clear and posted on the door or at least their website! Even the Instagram doesn't have the hours and when we asked, it was super confusing to follow the schedule, it's different everyday it felt like.
The White Pheasant has always been a go-to for our special occasions. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The menu is varied and dishes are delicious. The 5-course (with wine pairings) never disappoints and is excellent value for cost. The only slight downside is the lack of parking, only a mild inconvenience.
We came here for the good ratings. It's indeed very good. Pity we are too full to have the tasting menu, as Thursday has buy one get one half price offer. We loved our beef burger And seafood roulade. Excellent.
Absolutely delicious Sunday roast in a warm and welcoming environment. At £22 (plus £1.50 for extra gravy), this isn't the best value for Sunday roasts in the area, but it was very enjoyable. The service was brilliant and we look forward to returning again soon!
My favourite restaurant by far! The food is amazing everytime. Gorgeous flavours and presentation and reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and attentive. Nothing to fault.
Dined in one of Cambridge's romantic places to celebrate my birthday. Baby-friendly. Staff were also accommodating to us. We were given a suitable area where my baby can cry all she wanted and not disturb the other guests. Food was presented really well. Not only was the food appetising but you really get your money's worth. So mouth-watering!
Another excellent meal - been there 3 times now under the new management - and the food has been excellent every time. Nice menu choices
