We ate here as a family. Two party members have gluten, lactose and dairy intolerance. The vine attended to us all so that we could have a great dining experience. Well done the Vine.
This is a very nice country pub set in the Hannington village.
Nice food and pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff.
Dog friendly.
Lovely location high in the downs. Great food and garden. Best enjoyed on a nice day but atmospheric none the less.
Perfect halfway point for rehydration on our circular walk from White Hill. Friendly staff and nicely conditioned ale.
Popped in for a quick lunchtime drink and something to eat. Couldn't decide on the ham or cheese ploughman's until the barman said we can do a bit of both! Great friendly service in a nice relaxed atmosphere. A good old fashioned country pub, nothing is too much trouble and the staff are actually pleased to see you, unlike other pubs nearby.
got to be tje Best Burger & Chips we have had for a long time.. well done, keep it up ????
Went for a nice quiet pint, only to find a load of kids running around screaming. No sign of any parents, and no interest by any of the pub staff to try and find the parents.
Good lunch venue during a walk on the Hampshire Downs. Due to close in February
