This surgery has come on in leaps and bounds after Covid. Before that I was considering leaving the practice. The last few months I’ve seen dr. Fiona who is fantastic and yesterday a smashing receptionist 25/11 at 13.15approx, so friendly and helpful. Suzanne the nurse who referred me to Fiona a few months ago (Suzanne is always great) A fantastic team. Thank you
Terrible, I went to see doctor over a month ago and asked to be sent for endoscopy. Called yesterday to chase as i hadn't heard anything to find that the request has not even been sent, I now have to wait another 18weeks!
I've just found out I have just had yet another request for an ultrasound failed to be booked after a month of waiting, avoid this surgery if you can as you will not be given the patient care you should be given I'm now at the back of the waiting list again. It seems there is some kind of bias going on as my wife and daughter get there appointments booked first time no problems. I shouldn't have to keep being in the pain I am going through, my dogs get treated better than this at the vets. Not happy ☹
Brilliant Doctors/nurses/receptionist etc. Can't fault this surgery.

I have recently moved to this area and I am amazed at how efficient and helpful this Practice is. I can honestly say this is the best surgery I have ever been under. I would highly recommend it. No long wait for a flu jab unlike in my last practice. If you didn't enquire at the right time you might not get one at all. You can always get to see someone when unwell. Also the reception staff are very helpful. A great comfort when you are getting older and you have someone with a long term illness in the family.
Doctors are brilliant however they shut between 1pm and 2pm and I have been trying to call (after 2pm) and the answering system is still saying the surgery is closed between 1 and 2pm and yet it is 2:20pm. If the times have changed then the voicemail needs to be altered so people aren't ringing and getting frustrated that they are calling within the opening hours yet the phone lines are still shut.
I cannot praise the team here enough for helping me register my elderly parents (with a long list of medications) . They are a breath of fresh air at this stressful time
Used to provide a good service, unfortunately now like a lot of doctors surgeries it's packed all the time. Waiting times are outrageous. No car park closed because of potholes. It is not fair for people that live in mayland and surrounding areas.
Usually good but needed a letter as my wife was ill and had to cancel tickets, made several attempts to get it but not done after 30 days so lost our refund = £50.
