Best KPortal Reviews

Fantastic experience for a small birthday group post-renovation. There is no better night time view of the city lights of Atlanta. The food is excellent, as are their cocktails and frozen drinks, alcohol choice overall is fantastic. The entrees are exquisite, the deserts very tasty, the restaurant is sparkling clean and the service is very professional. Highly recommend to all. To gain entrance to the elevator to the Sundial Restaurant, all reservation party members must be present. Online reservations worked like a charm.
Not worth the money. The service is good and the views are great, but the actual restaurant is lacking. There's only one champagne on the menu and it isn't great. The wine list is mediocre at best. Appetizers are fine, but the vegetables on my steak were still raw. The creme brulee was watery, which isn't something I've ever seen before.
I wouldn't come back here again unless they re-open the bar. Coming here for drinks makes sense, but the restaurant is only suitable for tourists who don't know better. The Hooters down the block is better value for money for the food quality you get.
I was really excited to dine here. It is extremely beautiful to the eye.
However, I can't say that dinner was tasty. The lamb was bland, and so was the steak. My other 2 dining partners also did not enjoy dinner, and we all thought it was overpriced for the taste.
The mango smoothie was delicious, and we also received a keep safe glass.
I recommend the view - the food, not so much.
Also, the restaurant is not rotating at the moment.
This is a 5 star restaurant. Babe took me there for my birthday everything was excellent from the time we step in the elevator to take it to the top . Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was refreshing . They view was everything . Can’t wait to go back to Atlanta for seconds .
One of the most sought after restaurants in Atlanta downtown, this, a 72nd floor restaurant at the West Inn, has incredible view of the city alongside some amazing food. Reservation is highly recommended to guarantee a spot. Its takes about 1-2 minutes to talk the whole circumference of the restaurant. Above the restaurant floor, they have a wonderful lobby and observation deck.
Foodwise it was really great mostly. The complementary bread was a platter with 3 different kind of bread, 2 types of butter and olive oil. Their lemonade is awesome. We loved the lobster bisque, one of the best I ever had. The scallops were amazing. Loved the sea bass for entree. But the lamb chop was not a hit for me. The mustard and black pepper coating was too strong, it didn’t taste good.
Our entrees took about an hour to come out. That was shockingly unpleasant for a restaurant this high end and this popular. They were kind enough to give us a complementary dessert for the delay in entree. The creme brulee was fantastic.
Apart from the delay, we had a really good time. Our server Mr. Kim was a pro. Highly recommend to try it if you are in Atlanta.
It had been a while since our last time here, 14 years, and the view is of course the reason to come. The service was absolutely perfect. The food was pretty good, but not in total agreement the price is worth the taste, but the view...
Minimal to none vegetarian options - 1 vegetarian salad, no vegetarian appetizers, 1 vegetarian entree in the entire menu
Server was also okay - main waitress came here and there, but the servers & other staff walking around assisted more often without us having to ask. We waited a long time just to request the check at the end too since our waitress kept disappearing.
Food also came out way too quick and not timed appropriately to enjoy the experience. The salad came out the same time as the entree, so by the time we started eating the entree it was cold.
You are paying for the view. I would not recommend the food. Everything is just subpar and meh. The bread plate had cold not spreadable butter. I had the grouper and the flavors were not exciting at all. I finished my meal off with the tiramisu which really tasted too sour, almost like a cheesecake. The restroom reeked of weed. The best part of the meal was the glass of Prosecco and the sunset
