Very friendly & welcoming pub other great hospitality from the minute you walk through the door. Has great views across the valley.
Really lovely to see a ‘proper’ pub as sadly we seem to be losing too many.

What a great spot. Amazing views from the garden. Only stopped for a beer or two, but the atmosphere was welcoming, the locals were talkative, and the place is very clean and tidy. A hidden gem!

You can't go wrong with this little good old fashioned friendly customer service, lovely warm atmosphere, beautiful decor inside with gorgeous gardens and a kid's paradise of a play area.....better than the village park. You can rock up in your grotty work gear or Sunday best and be treated the same. Our glamping guests are always made very welcome,xsnd we just love it. A real credit to our land lady Lizzie. Can't fault it !

Just stopped en route home from Cornwall,such a very friendly welcome from the lovely landlady, she was so helpful and accommodating to our requests, we had some fabulous fresh butties, such a beautiful little pub inside and out, very well kept beer garden, really enjoyed our little stop, thanks so much Lizzie, really appreciated it
