I came to the Smile Centre on Friday 23rd of February. I was nervous as a lot of people are when visiting the dentist however I was immediately put at ease with the Lady on reception (I didn’t catch her name) very friendly and helpful and instantly put me at ease. The dentist who saw me, Toufiq and his assistant Kelsey were absolutely fantastic. Welcoming and polite. He shook my hand, was not judgemental of my situation and their professionalism was first class. We spoke, had a laugh along the way and for someone like me who gets nervous in these situations this is exactly the kind of service I needed. Fantastic from start to finish and I can’t recommend them enough. First class service. 10/10 from the time I arrived until the time I left. Credit where credit is due. Thank you for you time, your care and your support.

Appalling treatment. Clearly taking on too many patients, more than they can handle. I called today after embarking on a 45 minute journey to the dentist and was caught in rush hour traffic so I phoned to say I was going to be 5 or 10 mins late, to which I was told that I would have to wait until July to be seen about my bad tooth.
How about stop taking on so many patients then? Usually you're running behind on all of your appointments, it's funny how you weren't this time. The receptionists voice was very snotty for no reason too, very provoking and Karen-ish. She needs to work on her people skills. ????
I was also told that you close at 5pm, but on here it says 5:30pm so the truth is I could have made it but you'd just rather be lazy and not deal with my appointment.
Guess I'll be reluctantly seeing you in July, if I haven't found a new dentist before then. It might make for a very awkward meeting, for you maybe, but not for me, but I'll harbour this anger for months until then.
Call me and offer me an earlier appointment than July and I'll delete the review.
Fantastic service from the time we entered reception to the moment we left. As new, patients it felt comforting being greeted by Leona who made my son and I, feel very welcome. Toufiq and Kelsey ensured we were comfortable at all times, if my son walks out commenting how good the visit was, that's something.
Overall fantastic, friendly service, I'm really glad we joined.
Absolutely fantastic service at the Smile Centre. Our family dentists Toufiq and Kelsey truly provide a professional and first class service. Their exceptional manner and outstanding attitude make our family visits to the dentist a pleasure and we always come away with great feeling teeth and good advice due to their expertise. Toufiq and Kelsey are truly a credit to the profession and we cannot recommend the Smile Centre enough.
Had a dentist appointment earlier today, the service was brilliant and the dentists professionalism was top tier! Would highly recommend going there! All staff are very friendly and welcoming aswel as brilliant at their profession!

Been going here for years. Today I've had the most positive experience with a dentist and assistant in my time going there. Toufiq & Kelsey were both first class and I'm not so apprehensive going there in the future. Cheers guys!

I express my gratitude to Dr. Jatinder Khanghura for his kindness towards me. Over the last four years, I've struggled to care for myself, but with your assistance, I am confident that I can now manage my well-being. Thank you..!!
Came in today with my Mum, who speaks little English, but she was treated with excellent communication skills and patience by Dr Toufiq Majeed. He explained the diagnosis & treatment plan in a clear, simple manner and showed genuine care throughout the appointment. He’s a credit to the dental practice which has been treating me and my family for years! Very positive experience ????????
