First time going and had the steak in a sack with fries and drink. It tasted amazing! Fresh and delicious. The lady’s in drive through were really nice. The food was hot! Can’t wait to go again!
Our first visit in a couple of decades. I confess I was expecting to see something resembling a gyro, but they didn't have that. I ended up with a chicken pita, and my wife had a tuna salad pita. Both were delicious, as were the fries. Friendly service, and only a short wait. It's a little pricey. Two sandwiches, two soft drinks, and ONE order of fries still hit $25 all-in.
First time coming here and it was a nice vibe. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My order was fresh and hot. I ordered the hot dog combo with seasoned fries and it was a good time ????… I will definitely be back for more. I read negative bad reviews before coming and still decided to come and I’m glad I did.
I placed an order for 3 cheeseburgers, mayo mustard, ketchup with lettuce added to only one of the burgers. I asked the young man taking my order if he would put extra packets of condiments in the bag. He responded yes. Drove around to the pickup window, was handed my food by a different employee, very unfriendly. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. She closed the window while I was checking my order for the extra packets of condiments, they weren’t in my bag. I sat and waited for someone to see that there was a problem. She finally came to the window and I told her I didn’t get the extra packets that I requested. Her response was, “.THERE’S NOT ENOUGH ON YOUR BURGER?” I said no, is that a problem? She acted as though she was paying for it out of her own pocket. She said just hand me your bag. I didn’t want to give my food back. She also told me they had already put mustard, mayo & ketchup on the burgers. I told her to forget it and pulled up to check the burgers for the lettuce on one of them, it wasn’t. Had to pull back through to get it fixed. The same girl took it, still with the attitude. She brought it back, and, yes I snatched it from her because I had more than enough of her poor customer service. She said you don’t have to snatch and closed the window while I was responding to her comment replying, AND YOU SHOULDN’T ASK WHY I NEED EXTRA CONDIMENTS. Some people just shouldn’t be working with the public/customer service. I will be taking this matter up with management.
Absolutely wonderful!! The people were friendly. The food was hot, delicious, and plentiful!! “It’s not fast food. It’s fresh food” is their slogan. Even so, it was ready pretty fast.
Just had a bad experience all together ordered subs and everyone of them was wrong. Took them back and they still got them wrong
Needed a quick lunch while driving through Macclenny, I stopped by the Sheik to check them out it was quick service and great food ..
First I was handed a cherry limeade in the broken cup pictured which spilled all over myself and my truck while I’m on my way to work. I very politely asked for a cup and I got my head bit off and handed a new cup second they incorrectly made my sandwich I asked him to fix it she rolled her eyes and stomped off. I asked for a supervisor and got a snooty woman that showed up rolling her eyes as I told her my complaints. If you’re looking for customer service this is not the place to go there sassy they suck and they don’t make your order correctly
