This is the place. I absolutely love it here, Allan is awesome and has never ending stories. I'm sat here now several pints in, chilled content and happy. It's rough around the edges but you'll never feel more welcome. Wonderful, wonderful place.
A small pub that is simpler than simple, but we felt so incredibly welcome and there were lots of dog treats on offer! Would highly recommend. It is cash only so take plenty with you!
The Seafield Inn become our highlight to our portknockie apart from our visit to Bow fiddle rock.
Allen was so helpful and it was a much needed break for us after the three hours long bus trip from Aberdeen to reach there spot.
We shared a delightful conversation about a range of things. Would highly suggest dropping in at seafield Inn before or after bow fiddle for a drink.
Fairly average village pub, the owner Alan made me feel very welcome on my visit
I didn't feel very welcome. I was sure he said £4 for my beer. But it was £4.80. I will not be back.
Nice friendly bar, with lovely people to talk to.
Had a good time having a pint talking to the bartender and eating Chinese takeout. Very interesting conversations with the bartender definitely recommend to give a visit. It may look a bit dark inside and is cash only, but worth having a chat and a drink. Tip* bring some spring rolls for the bartender!
Fantastic pub that is full of character. We spent an absolutely great day with the owner Allan. His hospitality was second to none and thoroughly enjoyed chatting to him. Portknockie is lovely, but the Seafield Inn is the best thing about the place!
