Came here on a Saturday morning. Place was pretty busy and parking is easy to find.
Set at an airfield (hence their name), the restaurant is heavy on the aviation theme. A lot of photos of older planes. We were a group of 7-8, and the waitress was very attentive, patient and helpful. I ordered a Runway Burger with a fresh patty with fries on the side. That burger was delicious! Good size and the meat was perfectly cooked! Everyone else in the party were definitely satisfied with their breakfast.
Overall, a gem of a spot in Woodlake. Very nice waitresses and the food was delicious. I highly recommend coming here.
The staff is the friendliest you'll meet. Food is delicious. It is at an airport. You can walk around and view the airplanes.
This was our first time visiting Athe Runway Cafe and it was very good. Classic American diner. I got the "Lite Breakfast" and the pancake was HUGE! And the eggs and bacon were perfect. We also added a side of hash brown potatoes, and they were delish. The atmosphere is very cool. Totally fun, especially when you get to watch people land their private plane and then come in for breakfast. If you live in the area or are traveling to the Redwoods, Runway Cafe should definitely be on your to-do list.
This place is an absolute gem! Every single person in the staff was amazing and the food was incredible. They made it super fast and everything came out perfect with the right temperature. I highly recommend it!
Came in from out of town. Was the top breakfast spot. Did not disappoint. Great "family" type employees, food choices were great. They food we ordered was top notch!
Cute little dinner with decent food! This is where all the locals go to eat. The food was okay for me. We ordered a stack of pancakes and hamburger steak and eggs. If you are near this spot, it’s worth a quick stop. Service was good. Overall okay, I wasn’t blown away with the food hence the 4 star review.
Do yourself a favor and visit this place for breakfast! Never have I been more pleased with a place for its amazing views and food. The food was out in no time and the waiter was checking in on us continuously, which was so nice! She went above and beyond to take care of us. If you come, come early because this place gets filled and filled fast!
A must try!! It's been really good food for a really long time. It gets busy and it is because they are that good. Once you try them, you will be a regular. They menu is perfect size. Yes the food is great but also the service is just as great. If it's your birthday they will even sing you a song. Today I had the chili Verde omelet. It was super good. It's my kind of place. The view is a runway on airport. Once in while will see planes landing or taking off
