Not particularly good. Paid £31 for two adult meals and two child meals. Poor quality food, hardly any chips. A bit of a rip off really.
The bar staff were overwhelmed too, we could probably have got away without paying - we had to remind them we needed to pay!
Loved our visit here. New management are friendly and attentive. The well refurbished lounge area was perfect for a quiet afternoon meeting, ample selection of drinks too.
Popped in for a coffee. Friendly staff who were attentive. I asked questions about the local area and they could give me the information I needed. The pub was clean and well layed out.
Unfortunately, this nice little village pub is closed at present, hopefully, will reopen in the future. 21/8/2018 This business is now open again and serving food, I will visit soon and review properly.
