Got take out so we could enjoy at the beach. Owner was super nice and accomodating. Food was delicious! We had crab dip, boardwalk fries, crab burger, crab cake sandwich, Chesapeake Chicken sandwich, kid's pizza and kid's popcorn shrimp. Highly recommend!
Wonderful lunch! I visited with my husband, my 2 year old, and my mother who lives locally. We had a great lunch. My husband ordered a chicken cheesesteak, my mother got a crab cake. I had a burger which was cooked perfectly. I saw some reviews stating the burgers were overcooked and tough- I did not have that experience at all. I asked for medium and got exactly what I asked for. Fries were nice and crispy and the fruit was very fresh.
Service was good, waitress was very friendly.

Came to Rock Hall for a crab cake before going home to Idaho. Stopped at the Rock and hoped for the best. We were well rewarded! Great crab cakes, full of backfin! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was a little hole in the wall but in a good way.
Took 20 minutes for a well done burger to come out which I ordered medium. Should be noted that we were the only ones inside at the point of ordering
It’s 5:40 pm on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and I’m the ONLY person in the restaurant? Are you open I ask. What do you think? Was the answer. I’m not sure I reply. I took a menu and left it for another day.
I'm a Rock Hall resident and tried "the Rock" for the first-time today. The lady at the counter was a sweetheart, but sitting there looking around at the dirty (doors, floors, etc) I knew even if the food was excellent I wouldn't be back. Food was OK. Burger requested medium was dry.
We have enjoyed dining here. A nice change of choices for tasty meals. Lobster/shrimp linguine was delicious. Lobster roll sandwich had a generous mound of buttered lobster meat. The oriental cuisine on Thursdays is also very good and freshly made. Chopped steak dinner was tasty. The bbq shrimp skewers and ribs were tasty, fall off the bone tender !
A very nice change to Rock Hall dining. My hubby looks forward to trying the prime rib next time it's on the menu. Maybe they will eventually serve filet mignon ? If so, I'm in ! ???? ???? ????
Stopped in a few weeks back for the breakfast buffet. The food was very good, a nice selection of choices for breakfast and it was very good. It was $12.00 for the buffet which was a fair price. We visit each year from PA, we will definitely be back.
