Heather was an excellent waitress! She was super friendly and patient. She checked in on us frequently. It was clear that she knew the menu inside and out as she gave us great recommendations on what to order. We will absolutely be back again!
I had prime rib with Brussel sprouts and homemade mashed potatoes. Girlfriend had a burger with homemade French fries. My friend Mike had fish and chips with huge homemade French fries. Everything was delicious. First time there. Service was excellent. Will be back
I was very impressed with the portion sizes. My friends and were able to be seated quickly and the staff was very friendly!! I had an omelette that was very fresh. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good brunch spot. I'm not from the Philadelphia area but I'd eat here again if I even returned.
I booked the lacona room for my husband's 30th. the room was great! spacious & clean.
Sarah on the event team was great to work with, she was communicative and clear with all details involving the event.
We opted for the standard buffet options. The food was okay but a good value for the amount of food you receive.
Great atmosphere and great food! My only drawback is that this is the first establishment where I was seated on the bar area and never once acknowledged by the bar tender! Although she wasn’t the server, she has very poor guest engagement! If I was to visit before returning to Buffalo, I would consider leaving if she’s the bar tender. But the overall environment and our service Hilario M was absolutely amazing!
I recently had my graduation party in one of their banquet rooms and it was beyond incredible! I worked with Sarah in the Events Department for the entire process and she was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating! The entire process of booking and the final big day were smooth and manageable. I want to share a special thanks to Giana and Daniella who were the staff that helped Sarah with our event and they were truly perfect. Both women were helpful and kind and went out of their way to help with the event itself!
An absolute home away from home. Shawn, Pawl, and Jess are the freakin amazing and make the best martinis (my fav: lemon drop and espresso). The music always hits and the food is delish! This really is such an absolute gem of a place. Never a wait for your next drink and their smiles are just the cutest!!!! You should definitely visit(:
