Fantastic atmosphere and great food, a restaurant brimming with people and chatter. As busy as a taverna ought to be and with personable, dry-witted and knowledgeable service from a star waitress, Layla, who looked after us so well.
Shout out to the complimentary bougatsa that was a fine finish to a varied, flavourful meal.

We had an amazing evening - our waitress Ellie was absolutely amazing. She was a ray of sunshine, very polite and knowledgeable about the menu making excellent recommendations. The food was fantastic and the restaurant was extremely clean. We will definitely be returning.
It was our first but definitely not last visit in The Real Greek. We've been served by amazing Ellz who talked us through the menu and was extremely friendly and helpful. Food and wine was absolutely outstanding! Quickly served, fresh products and super delicious. We are already looking forward to come back and try some other positions from menu. Definitely recommend this place for lunch, dinner, date or any other occasions.
Disaster! The service was incredibly slow, from being seated to waiting between starter and main, but most importantly the bill. We wanted the bread as a starter, with nothing else, then told you can get 3 dips with it. Those dips were not included and £6 each, surprise when we got the bill of £75 for 2 people. I complained, was ignored, by that time we just wanted to leave.
The food was nothing special, especially the chicken thigh - picture is attached - a dry heap of crumbs. Never again.
My first time visiting The Real Greek and it happened to be for Mother's Day.
My sister, mother & I called last minute and was warmly told to arrive at 3.30pm and we could be seated. Upon arriving we were greeted with the amazing service by Beth & Vaziliki. Both girls were so welcoming and made us feel so at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them ordering sides as mains for myself and requesting a certain food type not to be fried. The food was incredible. Served piping hot and incredibly fresh. Never had Greek food so I was intrigued and impressed with their recommendations
The atmosphere was great and the dessert wine to finish served with fruit was a massive hit with my mum and me.
I will definitely be returning with my girlfriend's for our get togethers. Continue what your doing guys and a shout out to the chefs being so accommodating.
We had an amazing time at The Real Greek. The staff, food and atmosphere was fantastic. We even got complimentary drinks and dessert. Thank you to Beth, Annemarie and Iona who made us feel right at home. We’ll be back and we’ll bring our friends next time. Keep up the good work guys! ????????????
Everyone was so friendly and the food was blooming marvellous. I am gluten intolerant and there were lots of options available. Highly, highly recommend. We were served by Anson - he was super helpful and very polite. The manager Vasiliki couldn’t do enough to help and went the extra mile. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
We had a delicious meal using the Groupon deal. We were greeted by a lovely lady who helped us find the best table for us and our pram, then we were served by Layla who was very helpful and efficient. We would have happily left a bigger tip, had we had cash, but had to settle with the 10% added to the bill. We were also checked in by another lady, possibly the manager… all staff were upbeat, professional and lovely .
