Best KPortal Reviews

A nice place for a chill drink with friends. I’ve never had the food but it’s a relaxing and calm, very different from most of the bars in town, so I especially like it as sort of the end or beginning of a day out on the town. Sometimes they’ll have live music or you can play cornhole, which makes the experience even better
Rabbit hole charged a $20 cover to my friend when my family and his family were in there for graduation weekend. It was 12:45am and they closed in “15 minutes” apparently, but still tried to charge him the cover and treat him disrespectfully when they weren’t even closing until 2:00am (and I was in there till then). Bouncers were unprofessional and the manager was young (like 23 yrs old) and unimpressed.
Best bar to get drinks and hang with friends. Amazing atmosphere, food, and staff!
False advertising and terrible manager. A sign is posted with the weekly specials that says Thursdays they have $3 seltzers. When I arrived I asked the bartender what seltzers they had and she said White Claw and High Noon and named all the flavors for each. I ordered 2 High Noon seltzers with food. When I went to close my tab the seltzers were $8 and $9 each. After speaking to the bartender, she said they don't count High Noons as seltzers so they don't count for the special. I explained what the other bartender had told me earlier and she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and brought her over. I explained what happened to the manager but even after her admitting it was her employees mistake for listing High Noons when I asked, she was unwilling to own this mistake and charge us as we had been told we'd be charged. After I said it didn't make sense that I had to pay for her and her employees mistake, she eventually accepted to remove one from my bill, but I still had to pay full price for the other one. Terrible ownership of her business' and her employee's mistake and she didn't apologize for this situation, only worried about making money. UNBELIEVABLE!
An absolutely wonderful place to eat and drink. The staff were the most helpful and genuine people in Tuscaloosa. From the environment and the wonderful property The Rabbit Hole is really a place for everybody. The food is great, the beer is cold, and the environment is great. Definitely the best bar in Tuscaloosa, and I would strongly recommend going there for game days. They have deals for every day of the week. It may be in a college town, but this is one of those bars that just makes you feel happy to be there. Wonderful people and wonderful drinks, what more can you ask for!?
First time!
Good food, good drinks, good experience.
Great drinks well priced amazing food but they do not have ESPN3 some of us want to come here and watch the formula 1 GP please get ESPN3 so I can come and watch Formula One with the boys.
Totally disorganized. Had to order and pay for food inside at.a stand. Then had to wait in line @ the bar for drinks. Tables were very dirty-security came and bused the table and brought us some napkins to wipe water/spilled drinks up. Took 40 minutes to get food and again security checked on our food. The food was fair @ best. Cheeseburger sliders came with no condiments, was dry and tasted like Lipton onion burger. The Buffalo chicken sliders had no flavor, no buffalo sauce-were very dry. The wings were hot and tasty. Will only go back for a quick beer before or after the game. They definitely need to develop a better system for customers who actually want to eat and relax.
