LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Never any complaints. Meri the bartender is always super sweet and has a dope soul! Also Mussa is always on point with the hookah. I will always return for a hookah and drink. Food is also always on point.
Two of my friends and I came to this establishment and the service we had was awful! The waitress checked on us one time throughout the night and when it was time to pay, we had to flag her down through two other servers. Our table wanted to evenly split the bill 3 ways. She ended up charging me for ALL 3 people plus charging them separately. She then informed me of the mistake and said she reversed the charges. It has been a week and she in fact did not refund anything. The ‘manager’ called me and said he’s had to reach out to the bank but since it was after 5pm when we spoke, he’d have to call them the next day. But he assured me that I’d hear from him. No response for two days. On top of that, someone by the name of Pan Robinson FOUND me on Facebook and practically threatened me due to the review I left. I will be reporting this behavior as well. Stay away from this business.
***Update*** I spent three hours in person trying to get my money back, but the owner couldn’t even conjure up $123 to refund me from their cash app OR the register. How are you in business and you don’t even have $123 to your name?!
Terrible. Save money and time and go elsewhere. Bartenders a hot mess. Smoking hookah and chilling rather than serving customers. Food not worth it. Got 5 fries with my meal. Wings mad small. No Thanks
My service was horrible the bartender was very clear that she as not about to bring my food to the patio. I specifically asked about my receipt after ordering and was told that they no longer offered an itemized receipt. My order and tax and gratuity seems off. I ordered 3 items all totaling at most $45. However my check was well over $60 My food took a long time. The bartender assumed that a customer had left and immediately started taking very aggressive and got into a physical altercation. It was only 8 customers and the service was extended to ridiculous and our party was 3 ppl
The customer service was absolutely horrible (waited over 45 minutes for my food). The food isn't worth the price they sell it for and the music was bad too. The business is named after low income housing and that's accurate! When I came in it was raining outside and on the inside! A bunch of leaks around the dining area and it was humid. Terrible dining experience overall.
Bartender service was horrible. Slow, uninspired, and I repeat slow! Bartenders prioritize cleaning up/setting up when there are patrons clearly waiting to be served. Then when flagged down they act like you are asking them for a million dollars.
Do not pay with a card here or you will be charged double and have to fight for your money back! Very unprofessional staff and owner
