The first time here, I have heard rave reviews from many. We ordered 12" and an 18". The 12" pie was fine. Unfortunately, the 18" pie wasn't even cut. Upon cutting the pie, the underside was black. We will NOT try again and will discourage others.
It's not a great first impression. Back to finding another pizza pie place.
I guess you have to check everything.

03/25/2024-Update, 2nd visit based on original owners being back.
Ordered 1 XL and 1 Med. And Garlic knots.
XL Peperoni, Pineapple and 1/2 sausage pie was top notch. Not burnt at all, great flavor.
Med. Chicken Alfredo and pineapple Pie was also good, just missing the Chicken.
To be fair, I called and they said they would replace this one.
We will give them another shot.
Just ordered a margarita, pizza and garlic knots. And the oil and garlic base with the garlic knots was very salty.
As it turns out the margarita pizza didn’t have red sauce unlike most margarita pizzas I’ve ever had, it also Did Not have fresh mozzarella it only had shredded mozzarella, And It came with no fresh basil.
So basically, it was a pizza with a little oil and garlic base, shredded mozzarella, and a few slices of Roma tomatoes

And the garlic knots were all overcooked
When I called to discuss it, I was told that’s how we make the pizza no excuse for the garlic knots, the only thing that he admitted was that they forgot the basil
Well, that was one of the most bland uninviting pizzas I’ve had in my life, and when I asked if there was anything he could do about it, he said no that’s just how we make it.
I had considered giving it a second chance, as I have read decent reviews, but due to the attitude that I was given when I called back, that’s not ever going to happen
Great NYC pies right here in Mount Dora! A friendly owner and staff makes the pickup experience even better! Don’t hesitate trying this small shop with big taste!
Cameron was the sweetest guy! Knowledgeable, patient ( with all my questions,) and helpful. Only issue, I’m from Philly they need a grill to make a real cheesesteak. Should not be sold out of a pot
We were on vacation in Mt.Dora and looking for local spot . Did we ever great pizza and calzones. Easy to order on line and pick it up . If you’re in the area I highly recommend thins one .
The best pizza in town again! I wrote a scorching review about the new owners and how they ruined this place. I understand that the original owners are back and ordered pizza again to see. I removed the bad review because we ordered two pizzas yesterday and my family agrees that this is the best pizza in town again! It was perfectly crispy crust but chewy too, ingredients were properly portioned and the flavor was amazing. So glad they are back. We will be back too!
Have twice ordered 2 pizzas for gatherings, the 2nd time because the reaction was so positive that those 1st time friends requested more! Place is clean (and I have no problem walking out when a restaurant isn't.) Crust is just right, generous toppings, excellent counter service. Pies were hot and ready on time. There's a loyalty program for frequent fliers. Going to try subs next time.
Are you serious ? I’ve bought pizza here plenty of times and never have I gotten a charcoaled pizza like this before. Threw it all away when we realized our daughter was eating a burnt , charred pizza.
