The worse experience in my life, I would never go there again or recomend anyone to , they worked on it for over a year ,one thing after another and it came out worse than it went in and cost me thousands of dollars. Also replaced parts that come from the junk yard and ask never ask if I was ok with it, it didnt come in with junkyard..

Used this place for used-car business oil changes and small repairs last year. September of 2020 the manager (David) lost a business check I wrote him for almost $150. He told me his boss got mad at him for losing it and that he couldn’t take checks from me anymore. I took him cash since he “lost” the check. Haven’t done business with them since then. I called to get the check voided but they charge a pretty good fee so I figured it had just ended up in the trash. November of 2021 I check my bank account and they had deposited said “lost” check, 14 months later ?? Just warning people in case this is something they do so people forget about it and maybe miss it in the statement. I tried reaching out but they never answer. Bank reported it as fraudulent due to circumstances.
The owners are very friendly and everything came out perfect and on quote time. They go above and beyond for their customers. Best repair shop in town and the only one I use now. Great service!
The service was great mechanic was great at his job but u could use some help at the desk to relieve him of running around so much trying to do both jobs. Under the circumstances he did wonderful. I believe his name is Dave.
They were very nice and helpful. I had a problem with my SUV that another garage had been trying to figure out for over 3weeks. I took it to the Pit Stop and they fixed it in less than 45 minutes. Would recommend them.

I used to go there all the time. It was really the only place I used. Something changed. Last time I went in, it was 2 years ago and the consequences put my children in danger. I asked them to check my brakes and give me an estimate.
This guy drives around the block then comes back and says “they’re fine, they’re not even making noise”.
I said, “no they’re not, they’re spongy and they stick sometimes. I know something isn’t right and I already told you, I didn’t hear a noise. They need work I can feel it.”
He says, “ma’am this is a heavy vehicle, maybe you aren’t stopping early enough.”
I said, “dude, I have a cdl and drive a 20+ ton vehicle for work, I know how to stop a suv.”
I didn’t appreciate being talked down to as if I was ignorant but thanked him for his time and left.
Since this was my only vehicle, 2 days later I’m driving with 5 children in my car and I feel the brakes sticking. I go to slow down and I hear “crunch crunch crunch”, my brakes are on state street and I’m trying to stop. We were fine only because I knew what to do.
I haven’t been back since and I don’t plan to. Their unprofessional advice put my children in danger. I’m only leaving this review now in the hopes that the owner will know that these things have happened.
The worse place I ever took my wife's car. They never fixed the problem and charged us 400$ I would not take my lawnmower there. They broke her oil dipstick and didn't even tell us.
