Beautiful historic location, wonderfully renovated and a great place for dinner.

If it wasn't for the very slow service and the noise of the dirt track. I would have given a higher rating.

The food was very good, albeit slightly spendy. Our service was slower than normal.

But, I will be back when there isn't a dirt track race happening to see if there's is a difference

Went for Sunday brunch and it was absolutely amazing. The food choices were vast and each option was absolutely delicious. Their cocktails were amazing. The staff were so kind amazing and attentive (I even got one in a picture). And of course, the parrot house is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful.

Food presentation was excellent. Outdoor patio dining option was appropriate for the early evening dinner reservation. However the service was absolutely inexcusable! Our primary server (Graton or Gordon maybe- young man with glasses, collar length hair, hoop earrings in right ear) had pleasant demeanor- BUT, forgot to order my second cocktail, our salads were presented the same time along with our entree, he forgot the bread and fondue that went along with my small plate order (got it 10-12 min later, still no 2nd cocktail) water glass ended up being filled twice by someone else. We were there for special occasion and after we ordered from menu we kept seeing lobster/steak plates being served. We learned at the end of our meal “the special for the evening was steak and lobster tail” which we were never told. Not that we could have finished it…the portions were huge and we took home most of what we ordered. The food was nicely prepared, the dining environment was pleasant, but the service negated all of that. It had been over 7 years since we last went to The Parrot House (Covid closed them down for some time), but it may be just as long until we visit again. Yes one server can leave a terrible taste in your mouth in what otherwise would have been a very pleasant and enjoyable evening. Then the battle between my spouse and I on how much to tip would have been the next segment. I elected not to further ruin the experience.

I was visiting friends in the area for my birthday and heard this is the place for great cocktails. It did not disappoint! The presentation of my food was ???? and the cocktails were so tasty, I wish I'd taken more pictures. The service was great and attentive in the best way ???? overall a great atmosphere and perfect place to celebrate ????

Service was great, and the buffet options were delicious. Cannot wait to go back. Strongly suggest a reservation.

We recently chose the Parrot House to host a company party and were absolutely delighted. The building itself is remarkable and the decor in each room was stunning. Our servers were very friendly and the venue was very accommodating to some of our unique requests. Our team had an amazing evening here and we would absolutely return again. Thank you Parrot House for making our evening extra special!

Heidi and her staff are absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I had a venue chosen for our wedding in September 2023 and due to unforeseen and unfortunate events, our venue fell through 5 days before our wedding. Heidi was our caterer and after hearing the news of our venue, she quickly offered up The Parrott House as a venue for us to use. The staff was incredibly accommodating and super helpful with making our wedding visions come true in only 5 days time! Our guests were in awe of the overall atmosphere of this venue and the wonderful food. I can't say enough good things about The Parrott House. Thank you so much for making our wedding so special!

We had one of the most memorable evenings tonight! We’ve been coming to Graffiti Weekend for years and have been looking for an upscale place for dinner. The Parrott House came thru! The Salmon with Risotto was superb! Super Creamy! Hubby had the Chicken Marsala. He loved it. Sauce was very tasty! We will be back! Probably tonight to do the whiskey room! Thanks Marcos and team!
