Absolutely awful service from the boss.
Took 2 hours to be delivered when told half a hour.
Food cold and milkshake warm and half full.
Would only replace food not refund but why would I want a replacement when it’s only going to be the same again

Very poor quality of food. Everything gets deep fat fried and tastes like a tub of oil, you can literally smell that grease as you enter the shop, I cam first thing expecting everything to be fresh,chips definitely came from last night , fish fingers burnt so my kids wouldn't touch them. Had a big bacon cob gave me 2 small slices that was covered in black fat from the pan they evidently haven't cleaned , hot dog was them cheap tin sausages, I will never ever go to these again, they are very over priced, after 6.20 just for a panani, jacket potatoe is £5 plain, £1.25 for each added ingredient, I had cheese bean and tuna 8.75 for 1 tiny jacket potatoe ,absolutely shocking, il spead the word and will request an independent inspection gets done at this place, after reading all the reveiws I'm shocked there still in buisness, won't bother ringing for a refund as all they offer is food replacement , I wouldn't even give my dogs there food
Don't really understand the negative reviews to be honest. I've ordered from here several times and had deliveries (I'm around 3 miles away), collections and just popped in the shop on spec. Prices are reasonable and food is decent. They've always made me aware if there will be a bit of a wait. It's a greasy spoon so your not going to get michelin quality, but for a takeaway breakfast or lunchtime sandwich it's absolutely fine in my opinion. I think there's only once I've been mildly disappointed but even then it wasn't that bad. Not sure if I've just been lucky or if other reviewers have inflated expectations. I know they've previously had issues finding counter staff and drivers but that's an industry thing as a whole at the moment.
£4.50 for a non-buttered, badly sliced/dry bread cake and one large slice of folded ham. Asked for salad and salad cream but didn’t read order notes. Also ordered a large BSE which was really soggy with thee amount of grease and the meat is fatty/gristly. £16 in total. Waited 45 mins for this delivery via JustEat, ridiculously disappointing and overpriced.
Don’t bother ordering a large as you literally just end up with half of the cob empty.
Sausage roll was hard and burnt.
Panini was alright because the cheese was stringy and not in a nice ‘cheese pull’ kinda way.
Won’t order again.
Popped in for an excellent 'large bacon cob' on Saturday. Great value. Lovely friendly and helpful young lady serving behind the counter. The only thing (affecting the 'atmosphere' score) was that the extractor wasn't working very well and my partner had to sit in the car whilst I finished up. If the physical atmosphere could be freshened up it would have been 5 stars across the board.
Will be back.
Great value place when visiting / holidaying in the area.
Ordered 3 items for lunch one was a jacket potato 3 times the lady had to come to me to ask about the things I wanted on my potato,time took was 25 to get it ready half way home no sausage roll I asked for and gets the jacket potato home no butter no cheese on which I'd already been asked what I wanted will deffo not be returning.
2 hours wait for a full English & a breakfast wrap, food was freezing when it eventually got here. Coffee was freezing. The eggs had all hardened & sausages were mush because they had been sat for so long. Should have read reviews before ordering, do not waste your money.
