Monica and Abdul are both talented human beings who are great at their craft and there's no wonder we keep them busy.
I have been trusting Monica with my eyebrows and hair for over 5 years.
I am especially thankful that she has been able to find the shape of my eyebrows and keep them clean and thick, the way I peraonally could not.
I would also like to add that I began going to Monica at first for eyebrows upon my own friends' recommendations. But now I am a loyal customer for both eyebrows AND hair. I definitely recommend this place for eyebrow threading and hair!
I have been following the best barber/ color master Abdul for over 10 years. He can be really busy, but the wait is worth it. His old school barber technique is phenomenal. He even does color and women's cut, he does all my family and friends hair. I recommend if you do not want to wait see him Tuesday- Wednesday when it's less busy. Regardless, he will usually stay later than expected to provide you with outstanding service. The owner Monica is super nice, and amazing too!
Abdul really is a pro barber. Been going to Abdul for years now. Even moved out of the state but whenever I come back home, I get a cut with Abdul
The Palace is a very friendly family oriented place. I would highly recommend everyone to go, I’ve been getting my Haircut from Monica for over 15 Years and my kids have had their cuts since babies. 2 thumbs up for the location service and punctual service.

It is tough for me being an old school union barbershop kind of guy to get over my implicit bias against "new" barbershops that are also hair stylists' salons but... a coworker recommended that my son try a cool younger guy at a multinational shop that does his hair. Well, his hair is always remarkable for its neat appearance while still being different and cool so I considered it and my son was on board after I sent a picture of my coworker's mugshot over. My Sicilian barber is MY barber and will be until he dies or retires, Razor's Edge in Gladstone Park, but my son wants stuff that wasn't taught at barber college and most old Italians won't do. Off we went, $20 and a healthy tip, some Arabic language lessons from a cool tattooed, skilled barber and a very well-done haircut later and my son was transformed into a one part Tobey Maguire, one part screamo rockstar 14 year old with a big smile on his face. Salon was tidy, tactical dispersion was observed and the employees were friendly without being gratuitous and annoying arse-kissers. Appointments recommended and observed. No Frank Sinatra playing but Carlos Vives instead.
So after waiting for more then one hour, the hair stylist Abdul , asked if we could wait longer for our turn cause a women had just walked in and waited for 5 mint. I don't care how good you are no one should ever be treated that way. My money is as good as the next customer that just walked in. What a disappointment. We walked out and will never return. We were 3 customers verses 1.
