Delicious and flavorful unique burgers! We got the green chili open faced burger ( highly recommend). So full of flavor! Beats the green chili burger from Albuquerque. The jalapeno popper burger was piled high! The supreme philly cheese steak was fresh and cheesy with au jus that doubled as a soup! The OK Corral burger had perfect bacon paired with the onion rings on it. We will be craving this food until we come back! To top it off we enjoyed the Huckleberry tea!
Everyone was so friendly and personable! If you are traveling through this way definitely stop.
Food was amazing, (portion size is huge) Service and staff was even better and entertaining...Drinks were awesome! Such hard workers! Compliments to the Chefs, servers, and owners...Amazing place! We will make this a part of our next Lander visit!!
We loved our time at the Oxbow! The meatloaf was great and the atmosphere was very inviting! I loved that the salad bar had many options to choose from to build your own salad. Our server, Mindy, was very sweet!
Something was off on their griddle's heat. First my eggs - ordered over medium no runny whites - came with very runny whites.
I sent them back, and they came back partially overhard, partially super fried, partially perfect runny yolk, and partially runny whites!
Very strange.
I was disappointed the skillet wasn't actually in a skillet, nor cooked in one. It was just eggs & veggies over undercooked hashbrowns.

After reading reviews, we decided to give this place a try. They were so busy, but we were sat quickly and brought waters and drinks in a timely manner. The hubs had a jalapeño popper burger on texas toast and loved it. My order got put in wrong and had to be remade after I caught the mistake. I felt bad for our waitress and how crazy busy it was. She did her best to try and check on us and all her other tables. My meal was nothing special, basic chicken tenders and fries, so not much to say about them. My hubby had finished his meal by the time I received mine. Would we come back? Eh, maybe. Overall, very nice staff, decent home-style cooking with good service.
Friends of mine who have a daughter that works there recommended this restaurant so I have surprised them for a belated mother's Day and an early Father's Day gift and we went. Their food was excellent and when one arrived they commented that it was atrocious. Waitress was distracted and aloof. She did not even bother to bring us the bill. Complained to cashier but they did nothing. I paid for it all as promised. My friends told me next time we go there that we will demand a discount.
Food was amazing, and staff was really nice. Dimitri was our server and he was super attentive, gave amazing recommendations, was extremely patient, and answered every question we had without hesitation. Other staff greeted us with a smile and wished us a good day as we left. We live a couple hours away but this will be a staple for every Lander visit we can manage.
The service here is amazing!! Talk about feeling at home when you walk in and order some food. Delicious breakfast options and great food selection for lunch and dinner as well. Will make this a stopping place on my way through town anytime.
