Great venue for live music. Has 2 separate rooms/bars, a stage, clean toilets, reasonably prices, big outdoor marquee smoking area. Had a great night tonight for Meatloaf tribute act and have been before for Pontyfest ????
Excellent pub in the centre of town. First visit was for the Pontardawe Music Festival. Well organized and a fantastic event. Will definitely visit again.
Always very welcome when visiting, regulars and staff very friendly.
Brilliant band called "Crimson Road" entertained between 4 and 6.
Drinks were reasonably priced and customers were friendly. Not our usual local, we have been there only 3 -4 times this year. So we can recommend it. Only problem for us is lack of wheelchair access
Good welcome off the staff, people are friendly here easy to mix. And one of the best for live music on the weekend.
This pub has bands/entertainment regular so there is always something going on at the weekends. They also take part in the pontardawe festival which happens once a year and for the whole weekend they have entertainment all day & night????. The pub itself is nice & clean with a huge carpark & outside seating which is a huge hit in the nice weather... all in all its a good pub x
Great atmosphere and staff with good beer and live bands... epic.
Popped in on the off chance, and what a great place, real ale was really good, bar staff super friendly, sat out in courtyard and great views, would recommend, believe they have live music at weekends (not sure what kind)
