First time here. Pretty basic Irish Pub. Service was good, food was pretty good. My fish and chips were good. My wifes shepherds pie was mostly mashed potatoes with a little beef and gravy on the bottom ( I wouldn't recommend it). Drinks were cold. Great location, with that very traditional feel. Glad we stopped in and tried this place. There are so many great restaurants in the area, so you have choices, but this place is worth grabbing a beer and a bite.
Was sceptical at first but after watching the bar staff pour a Guinness properly I took the risk. Really great pint of Guinness! Owner and friends were there too so got chatting, lovely bunch of people, owner was passionate about the bar and quality of everything. For a rather strange place (I mean Myrtle Beach in general), I definitely recommend this oasis.
The live stream of Temple Bar was a nice touch.
This place is the best decision we made during our stay! The food is delicious, big portions and amazing quality. The staff are friendly, funny, and hold great conversation! The atmosphere is just incredible! The music is banging and the drinks are strong!
Food was good. Loved the potato skins with shepherd's pie on them. My husband had the shepherds pie, which he enjoyed. We went during happy hour, so prices were less.
We traveled over here after spending a few hours at atlas and I greatly enjoyed it. First we were carded before entering, which I loved. Many bars we leave, because we see minors slipping through. Also does a girls heart good to not feel old. The staff was kind and very social. We came as a couple played live and it was splendid, they sounded great and the var was fully captivated by them. We order a couple drinks and they were also very very good. We liked that we could sit inside or on the deck, and there was a decent amount of space in each spot. I felt safe and entertained here. We didn't order food as we previously ate, but the menu looked great! I never knew it was here and we will absolutely be back!
Great pub , enjoyed the food and Guinness was excellent at a good price.
We came back for a second visit and was fortunate to meet the owner Jimmy. Thankyou for an enjoyable afternoon , appreciate the beer and making my family feel so welcome , was great to meet and chat to you. Back to Ecuador we go but great memories of the pub and ????
My husband and I have been going to the Pub for years. The food is off the hook!! Authentic Irish all the way!! It's one of our favorite places to go and we are friends with the owners!!! There's not to many places we go to when we are in town but that's usually the first and last place we go!!! It's so much fun and it's always good to see our friends we've made through the years!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the pub to all!!!
Nice place, just across the street from our room. First time experience was real good, we enjoyed it. Ordered beer and wings, sat inside at the bar then moved outside to the patio where they had live music. Everything was perfect.
