I had a great experience. The food was fast, hot, and delicious. The bartender was great and attentive he was on top of his area and played great music to vibe, too with my wife and friends. I think his name was Jake either way, definitely coming back.
I would give a better review however Jacob T was very rude and impatient. Horrible customer service. TO GO ORDER and Jacob T stated very rudely, “thank you for the tip” because no tip was put on the credit card receipt. Cash was meant to give as tip and it was given after he even stated this. (I would NOT have given him that tip).
Stated in 3 years working there he never seen a 10% discount per email. We have the email 10% discount and being rude to a 75 year old woman is nasty. He made her very uncomfortable so she got frustrated that she couldn’t find it right away and just paid for the meals.
He charged for the ranch but never received it. Should take the time to look before charging.
After getting a call he stated he gave a free ice tea to compensate but with a horrible attitude that’s hard to compensate for.
Change the attitude Jacob T! Be Kind and kindness will be returned. If you having a bad day, sorry but don’t take it out on the guests.
Food has always been amazing here. Missing things happen but take accountability and don’t charge.
Be kind to elderly as they get frustrated and nervous easy. Take a CS class.

Our non profit hosted a volunteer appreciation event at Northland Pub. It was a succuess which everyone in our group enjoyed. It was a great atomsphere where accomidated our 50 people easily. The build your own taco bar tasted great. We would definately book here again!
Hosted a birthday party in the "lodge room". Great space, great service! Our bartender was quick, friendly, and polite. The drinks were well made, the food was good, and the atmosphere was perfect. The whole team was easy to work with.
Went there for fish fry Friday 5:00 let Girl know I’d be on patio 10 min. passed I went in to got a menu told girl I was on the patio 10 minutes later nobody came out for service. I went back inside again She says they don’t serve on the patio . I got up and I left.
We visit Northland a lot. It's where we met for the first time. Food is good. Most staff are great, especially Christy and Tina. Last night, we had a terrible experience. The bartender must've been in a foul mood.
We were one of three parties of people at the bar... not busy. He was gruff and short when he took our initial order. He asked if we wanted food menus and quickly walked away as I was speaking to him. He didn't wait around long enough to hear me say yes to a menu. Then, when we asked for a menu he said snarkily, "oh, now you want a menu?" He was busy with his buddies on the end of the bar. We had to ask to order food and he got visibly angry when we had a question... even rolled his eyes and turned away like he couldn't face us.
If Jake is at the bar next time, we'll sit at a table or go elsewhere.
New to the city but I’ve already been here 5 times! We love the pretzel fries!! The wings are amazing! Justina is an amazing bartender and will keep me coming back!
We love Tina! But we also come there for the delicious pretzel fries! They’re amazing! Also the tenderloin sandwich and wings are amazing! 10 out 10 at Northland Pub!!!
