No beyond burgers on the menu. You can buy a whole box of them at Walmart for $10 and substitute them in for vegan customers. It was busy and the wait was long for food. Sleezy tattooed waitresses ruin the atmosphere of the place. Food was average when it arrived. Sandwich was super hot and fries were cold. We didn’t order a salad but you would hit the jackpot if you order a chicken Caesar or tuna salad. They were huge at neighboring tables. I tried to get my waitresses attention five times as she passed, but she never looked at me. The manager guy went to every table but ours to help out with problems. He never spoke to us. Hopefully they will iron out the problems and get more appealing waitresses. Keep the bus boy off the eating floor. He was annoying and started sweeping while we were eating and kept blocking the aisles with his cart. Seat people with kids away from couples and other guests. When we walked in, the hostess tried to seat people that came in after us first. Not a good way to start off a first visit then she didn’t offer us a choice of booth or table. Would not recommend this place. Every table was complaining and the food was coming out wrong from the kitchen then the waitresses were discussing the complaining customers in front of everyone. One table got their food twice while others had long waits for their food.
The New Piper Diner was great food and service.
The manager Sam was very gracious and accommodating; we were a large party and they took us- no problem!
Our waitress Brandy was great. It was very busy and she was running her tail off . The men that work there need to learn how to do something. They were all moving like snails doing nothing. They need to learn how to make coffee , serve drinks and coffee pretty easy. The owner was standing around watching the waitress work hey bud jump in there and help. If he can't get help this might be why. I own a business and when it's crunch time everybody works!
We brought a group of 12 for breakfast. They had a table set for us. Everything was great! Our waitress Beth was awesome.. After she took our separate orders she went over them to make sure she got the orders correct. It took a little while to get our order, but then we were 12 people. Orders were warm and delicious. We were asked often if we needed anything. I can’t believe that the reviews can be so different. I really have nothing bad to say, everything was great!
Checked out this diner after looking at the less than favorable reviews Went for breakfast and it was very busy. Had a warm greeting as we entered and was immediately escorted to a booth. Ashley was our server. She was very friendly and efficient. Service and atmosphere are 5 star - I would rate the food as 4 star It was good but not VERY good.

I’d leave a better review but never made it past the front door. More than half the place was empty yet they just took our name and we stood there for a good 15 minutes. Only came up to take more names from people behind us and collect money. Decided to leave and go somewhere better
The food was okay. Way too much butter on everything. The service was not that great. $6.99 for a grilled cheese. I have lived 5 minutes from this place for 31 years.....bring Nick back. The food and service were top notch then. In all fairness I was there on day 2 of them opening. Hopefully they will get better with time.
What a disappointment. Went there for breakfast. Was seated right away and received our drinks and ordered. The waitress never came back and we never got our food. 45 minutes later we were able to flag her down and she indicated our food was done and would bring it right out. 5 more minutes passed and nothing so we left. Do not go there as they are under staffed and have poor management skills.
