Was visiting Stirling and came across this Chinese takeaway. Ordered chicken chow mein, crispy chilli beef, chicken black bean sauce, 2x chips, and fry rice. The food was nice and also cheap compared to my local takeaway. Lovely experience.
Thought we'd have a change from our usual chinese. Order food at 5.15 to be told will be delivered as soon as possible ????Phone back an hour later to be told an hour minimum lol. Then told could be another half hour. Why take orders when they know they can't deliver in a reasonable time?If they'd told me on phone
it would be over an hour we wouldn't have ordered. Said we'd pick it up instead, only to be told it would be another 25 minutes ???? Total joke of a place. Employ more drivers , simples ???? Ordered food from Welcome, couple of minutes along the road from here as soon as we put phone down. Recieved food 20 minutes later . Couldn't fault a thing as food was amazing. Says it all about New Oriental IMO. Tbh I'd avoid this place if you expect a decent service .

When you call there's always a friendly person anwering. The food is always delicious.
95% of the time, delivery is quick. If they have an extra busy night, they let you know in advance that delivery could take up to XX minutes.
Absolute joke phoned at 6.45 , was told it would take 45 minutes but they would try and be quicker (didn’t ask for this but was told) called back at 8pm to be told they were only just cooking it.
Got my meal and I'd asked for can of juice which I didn't get I was then told they bring it soon as possible an hour went by phoned in again he'll drop it off soon an hour and 20 min later still no can a mean come on not even that far from me I'm in house with few week old baby it's after nine still nowt calls again and again I get oh when he's in area he'll drop it off three hours just to get some juice with my meal I paid for in delivery yet can't get ma hod dam full meal joke three hour. Just shuv the can and ur service two min to drop a can off ur fault ur flaw yet Im sat with nowt whole point take away service is people maybe unable or not as easy to just run to shop we pay u for this service yet what did you do took the piss out on a mum sat in house just wanting meal something to drink

The food is great. The chicken noodle soup was a bit salty but is probably my own taste to blame. Big ribs. Delivery arrived in half an hour, very quick. Prawn crackers that you get for delivery over £13 were fantastic. One thing that I did not read anywhere is that the delivery cost £2.50. Overall for the price and delivery time fantastic.
